If you want a cheaper but really good option for a medium end pc graphics card get an rtx 3060 or an rtx 3060 to if you have a little bit more money. The ti is better than the regular 3060. Also if your feeling froggy add another stick of ram just to be sure your getting absolutely everything out of your pc depending on what limit settings you have. Other than that sick setup man

If you buy a rx 6700 xt you get a card that is over 25% better then the 3060 while only being 7% more expensive and if you are planning to buy a 3060 ti that is an even worse option since the rx 6800 is almost 30% faster than the 3060 ti while being $30 cheaper. It is also a very bad idea to just buy a single extra stick of ram since it is way harder for the controller to hande 3 sticks of ram instead of 2 and you wont see much of a performance increase, if you want to upgrade your ram just buy 2 faster ram sticks and throw your old ones away.

They are Vetroo fans as far as I can tell quality is fine I've had a set in my girls pc for 2 yrs without issue
