In 32:39 secs, why did you draw clockwise in that side? You could have drawn to the other side of the reference line as well? Does that matter while calculating the values?
Since plane is inclined in clockwise direction, we must draw it in clockwise sense in Mohrs circle otherwise we will get different values. Please follow the procedure you will get correct value of stresses on inclined plane.
Since value of shear stress on the inclined plane is calculated as 'positive', therefore, as per sign convention it is counter clockwise. Please refer the sign convention explanation in the video.
Why you didn't take AB(80,-40*) while drawing Mohr's circle, I mean you took shear stress +ve with AB, you already told that in Mohr's circle the anticlockwise is negative and shear stree value was anticlockwise in AB plane.... kindly guide because my sir also took it negative TOMORROW IS MY EXAM!!
I have already explained in the beginning that anticlockwise shear is taken as positive and drawn in downward y-axis. That is why I have taken AB(80,+40*) , your teacher might have taken it negative and considered downward y-axis as negative, but that makes bit different sign convention for position of plane. Kindly follow the sign convention I have taken to solve the problem according to the procedure given in the video. I have solve few more problems, kindly go through them you will understand easily. Regards.
Perfectly described Mohr’s Circle and its use in solving the problems. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for you kind words.
Great explanation
Thanks
Good Job 👍
I am glad to know that, thanks for your appreciation.
Sir you are great 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you
From where did u learn this
Respect sir
So good 👍
Thank you
You deserve million thanks sir, this video make me entrusted sir
Thank you

Why shear stress formula got + Txycos2theta it should be -ve
Please make a video in negetive values
What is the direction of tau the shear stress on the inclined plane in this example?
Since value of shear stress on the inclined plane is calculated as 'positive', therefore, as per sign convention it is counter clockwise. Please refer the sign convention explanation in the video.
suppose if we make angle from CD plane and it is in counter clock wise do we get the shear stress values in negative if same 40tita taken?
If we take a plane which makes an angle from AB plane in counter clockwise (theta=40 degrees) then we will get shear stress on that plane as negative.
How can we contact with you sir

TOMORROW IS MY EXAM!!
I have already solved a few more questions based on Mohr's circle. Kindly go through them you will understand the procedure.

why tetha =+40°
Please refer sign convention explained in the beginning, you will easily understand.
