If anyone that actually plays volleyball especially collegiate tier ones, that watch this, everyone would know that the soul of a team is always been the setters. No matter how good you spike it, the ball placing and the deception of the setter will mostly matter the largest.
It has always been sekita. He is so smart and agile. The Japanese team is always at a disadvantage due to their height, so without a proper setter their hitters wouldn't be able to play at such a high level. They can defend over and over but without the great mind of Sekita their attack would be more often stopped by teams that are good at blocking.
I don't understand why Motoki Eiro, Japan's No. 1 setter, is not on the Japanese national team. There is a reason why Japanese people look down on Asians. He has the highest IQ in the world, is handsome, has beautiful skin, good style, and is talented in sports.
@@BzrLee unfortunately i have never been a volleyball player yet i understand how important the setter is. but its not just that with japan. while tall and strong attackers of other top teams can force to score even if their setter is not in top form, japans offence is quite much up to sekita. if set up of sekita is not working out, it will suddenly be easy to stop their attacks. well, but now they got much better attackers than ever though.
