People are going back from Canada aur in realtors ki sabse zaada fati hui hai ki ab Kisha kaatenge. Naya bakra to wapis ja raha hai ab. Aur purana waala waise hi gaali de raha hai. 😀
It’s true, one does not require to have any realtor to buy a property. They are just a middleman preying in commision, none of them care about you finances or affordability. Educate yourself amd get rid of these agents.
I would disagree, people tend to use real estate agents without researching on them or understanding about their experience. It is hard to educate yourself unless you have many years under your belt of doing real estate transactions and understanding the clauses etc. No one has time and hence it is better to use a real estate agent.

Yes its always good to have someone by your side who knows the business inside out especially when investing in a most expensive investment of one’s life. But on the other hand so many time it has been seen that overpricing/ over asking bids have been manipulated by realtors, I’m not generalizing, not all realtors are same but many of them are more interested in making money out of deal instead of working in one’s real interest
First home Buyer should get Low interest mortgage from Banks,interest paid should be deducted from income than Income Tax calculated.Only .05% commission for realtor.2nd home buyer have to pay more Tax.Blind bid should be closed.Low income group people's must get priority flat at low price.Realators must be controlled.On line sale,purchase should be done.It will help the people for Apna Ghar.
