I got a notification when you uploaded the Shadow of the Erdtree video 2 days ago - A nice little treat! These kinds of one-off-videos are all I ask for for SaTP channel :D I have a similar color from Mont Blanc (Irish Green) and also the Tsuyu-Kusa blue from Iroshizuku which I love.
Corporate culture destroys creativity and innovation. That's my take on it. They start making money and then it becomes less about creation and more about preservation. OR a corporation will buy out their whipper-snapper competition. One example: Republic Wireless was an online cell service based on college kids and wifi. Plans started at $5/month. And then Dish Network bought them out, turned off the wifi feature AND must have sold customer information because the junk mail increased. It was great while it lasted. P.S. Thanks for the Shadow of the Erd Tree! I will watch as soon as I'm done watching this. I wish I had the handwriting to enjoy a good pen. I used a fountain pen in junior high school trying to slow my writing down and improve, and it did help some. My longhand improves a lot if I simply larger.
Love a Bradley rant. Especially about corporations. You don't know the true answer to the podcast ending but I would say you do. What's the answer to 99 out of 100 questions??....money. It's like Southwest is now going to Welch on open seating which they've done for 50 years. They sacrifice so much and never think about the human element.

Pilot Iroshizuku inks are well regarded across the board. Glad you found one you enjoy! For me, I'm currently loving Birmingham Pen Company Eroded Bronze.
I tend to agree with you here on the subject of corporations Bradley. I have a free market attitude towards economics and I certainly don't think their domination of the market is due to the quality of their service to society. Rather, the convenience centralised markets provide politicians and beaurocrats. Instead of whoever provides the best service succeeding, the company that provides the best service *first* dominates the market and then lobbies their competitors out of the market and lose touch with who they're actually supposed to serve untill they are ultimately made redundant by new technology. everybody else suffers up untill that point.

YT is F'ed up. Like that's news. Out of the dozens of subscriptions I have, yours this morning was the only one with no new content indicated, go figure. I always just check manually. Maybe that's what happened with the Pipe Force vid; I thought it was very interesting.
Honestly I don't think I'll be buying any of the "pipe force" blends because of the tin art and marketing gimmick. After Sutliff's "cringle flake" from last year, which was atrocious, I'm losing my taste for small batch blends.

Yep. Usually a smaller company getting "acquired" by a massive corporation isn't a good thing for the product they produce or service they provide.

One of my staple inks is Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo. Great stuff.
