Can confirm works in Remastered edition. Admiral spawned when I did a lap in the Infernus, took the Admiral for a drive, Stretch was there second time around. Thanks for the vid

Easiest and least time-consuming way is to just save your game at the mansion. Pause, load your game via main menu, and just keep reloading your file into the Stretch limo spawns in. I got it spawned in on the very first try.

In the remastered version all you have to do is save the game in the Vercetti State, once you save it, load the game and repeat the load until you see the Limo. It worked for me (PS5). Your welcome :)
