Most of the Japanese voice actors for the males are so manly while the female some of the innocent cute ones like Sherry sound cute while Helena and Ada/Carla are more mature women.
All of the English voices are way better and suitable for the characters except for Sherry she sounds like an ordinary teen girl, in the Japanese version she sounds more powerful and dependable woman.

I find it quite interesting that they made the characters mouths sync up with the english voice acting. Maybe it was because of the large fan base here in the US or because it took place in the US who knows 🤷
The english voices for this game are pretty damn good. Troy Baker dose an amazing job as Jake Muller in my opinion. I just wish the controls were better in the game.
I think the character dialouge personality and script was written by americans, the way they speak and the way they express emotion doesnt sounds like an english dub anime it sounds like an american movie. And the game is originally english dub so that how its suppose to be.

In the first Revelations' case, Japanese was recorded first then only English. For Resident Evil 6, Japanese voices are only available via DLC.
I thought they were all great but as someone who speaks English I'm not used to hearing Japanese voices coming from these characters. To me Chris and pierce don't sound right, voice doesnt match them every good haha so over the top. The rest is perfect though ☺

English Version have more feel in it mostly in games and rarley in Anime
