511 bags don’t get enough credit. They get dismissed as the dork brand of the “tactical” realm. Great video bro.
5.11 really outdid themselves with the skyweight series. I have the 36L in green.
Thanks for the video I didnt know the slingpack would fit the belt! Great idea!
Thanks for filming
I've been wearing 5.11 pants so long that I remember when they were labeled Royal Robbins.
Very cool for sure ! I love the versatility ! 👍👍
I got that chest pack for hiking. Holds my Glock 20 nicely.
Been edc'ing the molle chest pack for a while now and it's friggin fantastic
Awsome review, bud. I was wondering if there is a way to have the backpack on u, and the chestpack to attached by the shoulder straps. And even more important, on the waistbelt to attach the slingpack, then if there is room in the back for the backpack with the chestpack attached?
5.11 is expensive but I like it, been using it quite a while.
Expensive compared to what? Compared to similar bags, no. Compared to chinesium, or jansport, yes. I will say I’ve had a couple of bags survive hard use for over ten years.
Thank you for your great review. 👍
Awesome, thanks for the video, this is the only one I could find on the Sling Pack. Question though: Is there a concealed carry space in the sling pack? (I know their bigger sling pack has one, wondered if this one did too)
Will the chest pack hold a full sized pistol? ie Glock 17…
i got the 24L and returned it....its awkward, pricy, and doesn't offer alot of features.....the larger ones might be better......
I have the Skyweight Utility Chest pack and use it mountain biking, adventure motorcycle riding and it’s a great chest rig. Nice EDC CCW pouch that works very well, even for a full size. I never use a holster in that pouch as it takes up more space and is unnecessary given the pistol is very nicely held in place. I’ve carried compact 9mm and full size 10mm in that pouch mountain biking with no issue whatsoever. Great mostly minimalist chest rig with outstanding features.
