my grandma used to sleep eat. i would wake up in the middle of the night hearing banging in the kitchen and i walk out to just see her. oven on, stove on. woman has baked cakes. lmao thought i would leave this silly little story because i havent heard anybody else mention sleep eating before
@ it was 😂 when it first started i was too young at the time to know she was sleeping cause she would talk back and everything. I think it’s similar to when your brain switches to autopilot when you drive. I think her body just had the muscle memory of cooking things so she never really made anything that was too bad. Hahaha
