What abts I haven't been to Tonga since My GrandPapa's Funeral in 1996, so am grateful to see different parts of Tonga through other Peoples.
I heard ALOT has since changed.

Customer service in tonga is horrible especially from the tongan own shops and businesses. It's actually a embarrassment cause the foreigners that have business in tonga have way better customer service skills then our own people.
