- Come watch a downtown Seattle apartment tour in one of the best areas of the city. This is Via6 and is one of my favorite apartment complexes in one of my favoriate parts of downtown Seattle. In this case, I will tour an unfurnished apartment, but you can go onto the Via6 website to see what a fully furnished room could look like.

That fridge is huge for Seattle AND a wine cooler!! Loved the layout and of course, the views are amazing!
Haha yes! I appreciated the place
Nice video, wish I’ve seen this earlier 😂 just signed a $2700 lease in a mid rise (SLU) with no window in the bedroom 😅 and I can hear my neighbors from above
Yeah that happens. I signed a lease for a room that is $2400 last year only to find out that the same room 5 floors higher is going for $2000 per month 😅. Sometimes I don’t like looking at other apartments cause it makes me feel bad. But also in your case the SLU neighborhood is good so at least you’ve got that going for you
Nice video. I loved it.
Same here!
Pretty nice apartment! The views are pretty ❤
Glad you liked it!
Looks pretty!
Thanks!
Seattle looks pretty!
It is!
“It’s good that it includes a bathtub because some apartments don’t include that”…. Never heard about this ever before in my life
For many of the newer apartments in Seattle, they only have a shower and not a bathtub. It’s often a toss up wether the place will have a shower with a bathtub or just the shower
Beautiful. You can’t get this under $3k in the Bay Area in CA at all.
Haha I can imagine! It’s expensive down there but great weather!
@@Chris_jae silly question here but is it true it is always cloudy and rainy in Seattle? Yes, no snow, tornadoes, humidity, or crazy weather in CA…but it sure is expensive.
Wow
I like it!
Nice. Does it have a roof top deck for residents?
It doesn’t 😢. But it’s in a nice neighborhood
how do you find these apartments?
What do they charge for parking your car? Is that included? I’m thinking about ditching my car from my move from Florida..
Hey! They actually charge either $250 or $300 per month depending on where you park. In my experience I actually regret buying a car because I rarely use it, and Seattle has plenty of rental opions for when you want to travel outside the city. If you don't need to commute to work, I'd recommend going carless
I moved from Texas to Seattle for 2 years and I strongly recommend selling your car. I lived in Ballard (just outside of downtown Seattle) and Belltown (heart of downtown). Their public transportation is really good and tbh a lot of things are walkable. I sold mine after I moved there and never regretted it.
Could you do ovation apt tour??
Ill put in on my list!
Do they have studios too?
They do! The studios are generally cheaper too
Hey, I would love for you to do a tour of the community I am going to be the leasing agent at. Its called The Ivey on Boren. I start there in 2 weeks! We could collab.
OOO yes! That looks like such a cool building too. I would love to. What's the best way to contact you?
@@Chris_jae I tried leaving you my IG and email but it keeps getting deleted if you go to my UA-cam channel I have my IG in my about section you could DM me there
Do they allow air bnb in via 6
Not sure. They probably mention it somewhere in the contract
@@Chris_jae how does that work because I rented a airbnb and the building was via 6
I don’t know if I heard you correctly, but you said the closet is much larger than God? If so, keep touring Seattle apartments the average person can’t afford in that space.
I need help finding an apartment in Seattle
Hopefully my videos can help! I made several about how to find an apartment. I recommend watching those
Great video! What about crime in this area? I heard Amazon relocating employees from their downtown offices because it’s not safe anymore.
The crime isn’t bad in that area. The employees who were relocated worked at an office on 3rd avenue. Luckily, these offices are on 5th and 6th and are further from the problem areas
@@Chris_jae thank you!
@@ShalomRay No problem! 😁
I live at the REN building down here (Denny Way and Fairview) in 2022, after living at Fountain Court (4th and Battery) down here for 10 years. That whole thing with crime was not in this area. They were talking about the Amazon buildings further south, not Amazon Buildings on the campus, they referred to buildings going into the downtown area, the Pike and Pine street areas, as you venture down to TJ Max, Amazon has some office space down there in some of the existing buildings.
Walked past this building and Amazon Campus every other day to go to the gym or Whole Foods. Never had one crime problem personally in 10 years, that always felt like a peaceful, safe walk, though I don't hang out at night. I think there is a lot of petty crime as there is in any City. I remember a few years back there were a lot of car windows being busted. Was, very common to see car window glass on the street. Some tent cities were trying to spring up in this area, but that didn't escalate. Thank God. But I consider the area around Amazon campus pretty safe, "relatively".
@dxwallace55 thank you for this. I'm planning on moving to that area this Summer, and the crime has been my only real concern, so I appreciate the first hand experience and you sharing it.
