Hmm i tried to get to menu but after holding volume up the phone vibrates and shut down

Ok i got it. If you want to reset it know if you install 11 or higher you had to get your phone on a pc to do it. Without it doesnt work. ...

My phone wont reset with either of the 2 ways......
First one I put the email in to verify its me it tells me to put password in and nothing happens its just 4 dots spinning green and blue and thats that.
When I do hard reset the screen don't pop up.

It works, but connect charger cable to PC. And V down + power, after turn off, V up + power until logo appear, release power button but hold V up button.

You have to press the Power button too at the same time

You have now lost your phone without backing up your data and subsequently lost everything.

I went from an S9 Plus to the A 71 last year and the phone is already broken, it was 1/3 the price for very good reason.
no its just safty how your cover is. I went from a S8 to a A71 because the S8 get the display broken and the joke is i had alrady a pancerglass on it. And its broken with the extra glass on it. Just the resaon is how it fell to the floor and if you have a street flooor or...
