- Please keep an eye out for part two, its only about 3 minutes!
To answer this common question, these are the stores I shop at:
US: Mint Models, Replicarz, FiveDiecast, Diecast Models Wholesale
Europe: Model Car World, Car Model, CK, Modelissimo. - Авто та транспорт
My neighbor had hundreds of die cast cars!!! His dad bought tons of them for the boys!! This was in the early 1990s and they had bunches of cool euro cars for us boys to play with! They gave me a few, including a black Lamborghini Countach, a yellow Lamborghini Diablo and a red 288 GTO Ferrari !! They had toys galore! Hot wheels, die cast like this dudes, GIJoe, computers!! They were a huge family and he was a school teacher, but he bought toys for his kids.
I’m about to cry. This reminds me of the diecast cars I had when I lived in England. I probably had 5 or 6. My stepdad never sent them to me. Along with my other toys. Gijoe and transformers .
Watched the video nothing but respect for your presentation as well as staging. I have a meager 312 in my diecast collection, plan to start buying more. But prices have gone insane in the last 35 yrs, my scale of choice is 1:18. For what it's worth anybody that criticizes you about some dust can get bent! All diecast collector's know only way to have a totally dust free diecast is to keep in a sealed case, preferably glass. Looks your just like myself sometimes you want to rearrange them with easy access. Glad I checked this out nice to know others out there have as much passion as I when it comes diecast cars!
Scale 1:18 are not the Best,I will choose 1:24,1:33....Rare 1:10 1:6
Your collection is big. One thing I know for sure is that I do not want my collection to become so big. In fact, the fact that I am still collecting I credit to a decision I made fifteen years ago - to be very choosy and selective and curate my collection as I limited the max number of models I wanted to own. Once I reached it, it meant selling a model if I wanted to add one. The best decision I made, and I believe it improved my collection, focused it, and made it more enjoyable. But that's me. I am glad your collection is your and not mine (bet not many in this echo-chamber say this...) Cheers!
Great collection. Would like to see in person . One question tho ……..
who is your cleaning person.?!?!
Do you use a “ swifter ?!?

I do the same thing with my collections of things. Otherwise it just becomes a bit much. This is a crazy collection hahaha.
😅 I'm❤
Awesome collection! I like the way you organized it plus the LED strip lighting installed on the shelves. Cool touch!!
I am blown away at the amount of cars you collected. Incredible.
Ahhh the annual collection video, always a good watch every year for the update.
That’s a beautiful collection!! I like how you organized it. I do things very similar with corvettes, Mustang and my Camaros.
I will always watch your videos all the way through, even if I have to pause and come back later. I love your collection.
Absolutely superb! The collection, the room and the whole vibe is remarkable. I love it when someone has a passion that is, with respect, extreme! 👍🏼
Man your collection is so amazing thanks for showing off your cars Steve🇬🇧
This is a great collection!!! I have some cars but I would love be able to display them like this. Awesome set up!!
The Corvette section is my favorite.
I watched the whole video and I'm speechless! Wow!!! Thanks for sharing your awesome collection
Love the collection and the amount of space you have. On one hand I wish I had that much space for my diecast cars but on the other hand I'd have to divert money from my other hobbies to fill it ! Lol !
Found you by pure accident and being a car guy and a lover of all car history I can learn, wow I am impressed. I am a neat freak and I can only imagine what it takes just to keep a basic level of clean. Very nice, and remember the organization and placement is all 100% up to you, and haters exist everywhere you go. (They are just jealous of what you have and the work you have done.) They probably have one or two cars to keep clean and fail at that alone. Very nice and I am trying to name all the models and failing very well so I have work to do learning more German cars. So cool. I will be back and show others. (But I did see my VW Sirocco models)
Wow! Magnificent collection! Very well organized! beautiful models!
Exceptional work, thank you for sharing it with us.
A decade ago I collected some vintage Lego sets, quickly ran out of money and space, aside from pushback at home, and just stopped.
A tip, if you love BMW perhaps you can book their factory tour (a couple of months in advance) in Munich. It was interesting, and their museum (plus Mercedes in Stuttgart) is an elegant one.
You have an awesome collection. I was so trilled to see a red Rover SD1 even when its just a glimse. I love that car.
Wow that's like every kids dream so many cars! 👍
무척 대단하십니다. 유리로된 진열장은 어릴적 가지고 싶었지만 바라 볼수밖에 없었던 추억이 떠오릅니다.
Fantastic collection! No need to apologize for anything about your presentation. You've got lots of models I've never seen. I only have 300+ in my collection that I display in cases. A little trivia: Check out your blue Exoto Corvette road racer - mine's in the #50 livery. It was the first Vette raced in that series. The 50 car's full sized spare tire, required by the rules at the time, was a Firestone, not a Goodyear. That's how the first car was tracked because the Goodyear Tire didn't fit in the trunk and the Firestone did. Later Vette race cars fixed that problem. Exoto picked up that interesting detail in the model which I thought was cool. Guessing you view your collection as I do mine as a beautiful work of 3D art. Thanks for sharing! John
That’s a Real nice collection you got there. I never knew that made many different diecast cars. Thanks from Fontana California 👍🏽✌🏾
Glad you are getting to expand the room so you can show the cars. Have you ever considered using that ceramic stuff to reduce the need for extensive dusting?
Maybe, just so time consuming
Ignore anyone who tells you that you don't have a certain car. This collection is impressive and anyone who critisizes you doesn't have a fraction of your collection.
I can't believe you don't have a Shelby Series 1 or a Ram SRT! Jk, I didn't watch the whole video yet, and I was trying to name some obscure cars, lol. Your collection is beautiful and organized!
@@jebbait1669 the Series 1 is only made by Bburago which I sold off as I don't collect that brand anymore :(
No one makes an SRT-10 Ram sadly, I'd have one if they did lol.
What an impressive collection! I really enjoyed this 33mins.
Great collection! My son and I really enjoy seeing it. Thanks for sharing..!
Dude I love your collection!! One day I'll have at last half of it! Many blessings and forget the haters!
congratulations is the most impressive collection I've ever seen! awesome show!
Wow I love it what a beautiful and amazing collection thanks for sharing.
Awesome collection! I bet they look cool at night with just the strip lighting.
A big commitment with such a big collection. Respect!
You took me back to the 80s, great collection, I admire your time into this video and collection of a fever me and my 4 year old son have , he has 4 sisters , need a hobby with him lol
Beautiful cars. Thank you for sharing your video
Stunning collection! I managed to sit through the entire video, appreciating all of it till the very end. Keep it up!
What's the approx. cost of all these cars?
@@kazimmirza1136 a lot. Lol
The entire room, the collection, your voice and every piece of the video are exquisite
19:02 glad I found a car I used to drive lol
Crazy collection. Just brilliant. Watched the whole video. 😊🙏
Your collection is huge and quality packed. You collect what you like, as it should be. My collection has reached the limits of space and I have to be mindful of that when acquiring new additions. Yours is one one of the best I've seen from a diversity standpoint. I look at people's collections as a museum/slice of automotive history! There is no right or wrong way to collect.👍
Pretty cool thank you for sharing your collection with us .
Incredible collection. I could spend hours in your basement looking at all these! I’ve seen several of your cars that I own. Jealous of the 1:8 Pochar Lambo too. Years ago I almost bought the white Aventador. Glad to see the “special” cars in cases. I did the same thing. Mind you I only have 24 in boxes compared to yours. Lol! Just need to win the lottery now to play catch up! Ha ha
Incredible collection!!! I like the mix with all brands, awesome👍👍
Lovely collection, your collection you choose how to display, nobody can prescribe to you...keep it up. 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Thanks for sharing your collection with us👍it is unbelivible😁
Incredible collection in size and quality. The Japanese ones were my favourite as well as the race cars I’m a big rally fan.
I like, no pictures, figures or diaramas to distract my eyes from the cars.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤
It’s a Museum man!!
My favorite are the race cars!
Had to wait for the American section!! Lol. Didn't know there were so many Cadillacs done in 1/18. Great collection/great gems!! 💪🏼💪🏼
Amazing collection you got there!❤
Thanks! Make sure you check out the 2023 collection video.
Awesome car collection Beautiful 👏
Best collection. Amazing
Beautiful collection. Im just getting in to collecing cars so this is so inspirational. Love it!
Amazing collection!
Really enjoyed the video from start to finish.
Just wanted to say you have a very impressive collection of very nice models. This is what I wanted to do, but apartment living says no lol. I have 50 + cars. Thank You for your video! 👍🏻
Your collection is AH-Mazing!!! Had to watch the whole video!
And thanks for the 30 minutes of time dedicated to this
Check out my updated collection, 45 minutes lol

I truly love your collection. I have the cars ,but wish I had the space like yours
Impressive. I have a fare few myself but I switched from 1.18 to 1.43 still ran out of room. . I don't understand why people get angry because you don't have a certain car , it's your collection have what you like. Was surprised to see the car from the national lampoon's film.
I collect mostly 1/64 1/32 scale models of yesteryear like ,Duesenberg, Cords ,Bugatti, Auburn from the 20s 30s 40s 50s. model T's and the long fin vehicles from the 50s which you have so I stuck around till end of video. Thanks for sharing👍😀
Brilliant collection and i watched the whole video, just great, the only thing i would do is to make perspex frames to protect them from the dust, and i would place the little rubber stop in front of the rear wheel, its just me going over board, i could have watched the video for another 30 minutes, thankyou and all the very best from George.
Wow wow what a amazing collection love all the them I some 1.18 models I got about 59 wish I got you collection but I have not got the space keep up the good work love your video 👍
Mind-blowing collection.
No words to express 😊
It's nice to see that you were one of rhe first owners of the new Ford Broncos 😂
Wow man this is breath taking. I have on and off collected from a young age but never been serious about it until now. I have a much better job now and i add to it every time i come home from work up north. I have always had a interest in collecting diecast cars, just never had a place to call home to get serious about it. Your place is truly incredible. wow. What can be said other than that. Props to you brother you have done a fantastic job.
Thanks! Please check out the '23 updated collection video posted last month.
Honestly just amazing! Keep up the great work!
Amazing collection👍
Absolutely fantastic collection you have. I have a similar collection that's all in their boxes that I'll be displaying when I retire soon. The dust would drive me crazy and creates so much work in cleaning the models and every time you clean one it risks damaging it so I plan on having mine in sealed cabinets. Get's expensive but worth it in the long run.
Definitely protecting from dust is a wise decision.
Alright, I found your channel after a year or so. I've seen your videos but I didn't know to subscribe back then. I got alot of catching up to do.
Your collection of Cadillac diecast is so nice, I need a 2008 CTS. 💯👍🏻
Just one word...."WOW" !! I think you can be termed a "completist", and you've done very well at that. Many $$$ invested, I'd be shocked at the total. You've got a lot of high end makes, and I know because I'm a diecast collector (addict) myself! I just recently hit the 800 milestone. But I have to finish the basement to accommodate more shelves. I've currently got less than half displayed on shelf. I have made labels for each, with country flag, year/make/model. And I too know that dust is a diecast collector's worst enemy. And not only is dusting time consuming, it can also be risky since some cars, like the ones from the 50's & 60's, have so many surface details that pieces can get caught in the cloth. I now use a smooth cloth, like the type used for eyeglasses, works much better. I started collecting in 2002 and have seen a big increase in the cost of diecast. I'm in Canada and buying from the US for me is expensive, not just because of the poor dollar conversion but shipping to Canada for some reason is now ridiculous. I can buy diecast from Germany (or other places in Europe) and get diecast cheaper with good shipping cost. So it's a good time to stop collecting now.... Been nice seeing your awesome video.....I had to rewind many times to get a better look....ha ha! Cheers!
I met a completist. He had cars in every color, the same car. It was quite a turn off lol.
@@JamesonsDiecastCars Yes, I agree.....a bit too much....ha ha! Back on the subject of dusting.....I factually find it a great time to look more closely at all the details of the models, time to appreciate the style, etc. So, there are "some" good things about dusting! Also, one must have a wife that is "okay" with the husband collecting diecast.....but it's mainly because she really has no idea how much that all adds up to....$$$ !! Enjoy!....
@@JamesBond-gf6lt I have an incredibly supportive wife. A lot of times she'll insist I buy a car she thinks is "pretty".
You’re missing quite a few jdm cars. Like the initial D white fc rx-7 at the very least. But I mainly collect jdm so that stuck out like a sore thumb.
Amazing collection and beautiful tour. Thank you very much for the efforts 😍😍
I would recommend that you keep the focus fixed and use a gimbal for your convenience.
All the BEST 👍👍
Awesome collection!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EPIC collection!
Outstanding collection of die-cast cars trucks thanks for sharing
Wow 👏🏿 and btw they definitely look better not so clase together. It’s impossible to pick a favorite. Congrats man what a dream.
This really an impressive collection! Amazing! Please do not worry about the negative comments, jealousy makes them nasty!! I am from South Africa!
Beautiful collection. You show your collection any way you want.
Thanks! Please check out the new and improved collection video for '23.
Wow...that's a great collection mate, absolutely loved it, kudos from India, been following u from some time now, all the best for more cars..
I swear when I first clicked on the video I was saying to my self I wanna skipped to the BMW prat and look at the it was the first thing 😅 im a big BMW fan . Great video brother 👍 👌
Fantastic collection mate, i watched the whole thing & the speed you took for us to see the cars was perfect!. You're a true inspiration for myself 7 other collectors who want to grow one day to the sheer mad scale that you've taken yours to. Congrats on the 1200 models by the way
Here here 👍
awesome collection! Thanks for sharing!
Fantastic collection and the BMW and MB 123 model are stunning and the yellow Polo Wow!!! and by the way Volvo!!! perfection and Opel Record Diesel!!!
What a beautiful collection!! as a JDM lover I surely was hoping to see some but I still loved watching this video.
Did you watch the whole video(2parts)? I have a room dedicated to Japanese and JDM cars.
@@JamesonsDiecastCars Oh I skipped the "Hot Wheels" section thinking you were going to show tiny Hot Wheels cars, just went back and checked it out, nice collection, those Honda CRX are hard to find.
@@GGJordanFanatic nope, no Hotwheels aside from ONE lol. Make sure you check out the 2nd part.
Your collection is vert envious, just imagine if the were all full size, well done
Super cool collection. I especially like the caddies ,Buick and Olds station wagons. I collect all sized cars, trucks and vans from micro machines,1:72 to huge Jada 1:6 and monogram 1:8 (82 z28 & iroc models) but I collect only vehicles I own, suburbans, magnum wagons, Escalade esv ,3rd Gen camaro (82-92) 60s mid engine chevy van but ihave tahoes, blazers s10 blazers ,yukon, escalade and 60-66 chevy c10 trucks
Really nice going to start something similar, not as large in my new home in few months ..thank you for taking them out of the packages too .. I currently get flack from friends saying Im ruining there value
AMAZING COLLECTION!!!!!
Your collection is beutifull that would be a child dream but not to leave them there alone that is worth a fortune of money well done great collection God bless
I sat through the entire video and some of the thoughts that I were that A) I wish the video was longer B) I could spend all the time I have in this space C) You have a fantastic collection.
1) part two is uploaded, it's another 3 minutes. 2) The goal is to keep growing and build a space as a museum open to the public. 3) Thanks!
I wanted the video to be longer even after viewing the Part 2 which i did soon after viewing this video! And I'm glad to hear that you do intend to open a museum which was my exact thought when i was watching it. Would love to visit it when it opens!
@@JamesonsDiecastCars Let me know when your diecast museum is ready, I may add my collection to your museum! I have been collecting for many years based on how busy my life is, my budget, time to find them and buy them, get rid of some (wish I did not) Let my friend displays them in his fancy cars repair shop etc
Nice video ,fun to see some wagons
And not so common models.
Bro you have a man cave we all want...
spectacular and impressive collection Sir!
Bravo for this gentleman who has shown us his wonderful and fantastic collection he's absolutely right collectors out there you collect what you want to collect not what you think someone else should collect they already know what they want to collect and what they don't as and that's the same for you or any one else .
I have a tiny fraction of what he has in my collection I have 200 models approximately in my mostly All-American cars between 1930 and the present era. (I also have a few French German and English cars as part of my collection tooo (unfortunately I don't have enough room for Japanese or Korean cars for my upcoming Man cave but I may add a few in the future.
I recently started collecting cars I’m about 200 plus cars and running out of space lol. By far this is the best die cast car collection I ever seen. My I suggest a white cardboard or paper background to make your car colors pop out more. Awesome job !
Thanks! Check out the '23 collection update, it's better
Very nice collection!...I want them all!
Pretty impressive collection! I like it. Some really nice models are there. Greetings from Germany! :)
Nice collection, my favourite was your Mercedes E190 Cosworth.
Would be nice to see some current Rally 1 and 3 vehicles up in there.
Aslo I agave trying to find a land rover discover mk2 without the headlight update.
Any assistance would be great x
An insane collection my g!
Loved the Japanese section 🤩🔥
I have about 50 1/18, and I'm starting a 1/24 NASCAR collection. I'm keeping it very limited, only purchasing elite cars in runs of 500 or less, or autographed.
Nice collection, I do have the chevy flatbed and the C20 also. I might be mistaken but I haven't seen a lot of Lincoln. They will come in the future I guess.
There's a Lincoln section, but not many made in scale.
Very impressive, I've been collecting for around 30 years, and have around 3500 pieces on display, although most of mine are 1/64, and 1/43. Please look into buying a Kozak dry polishing cloth, they're great for removing dust without spraying a liquid on the cars. I cut the cloth into small sections to make it easier to use on the smaller cars.
You have a pretty good collection so far I only seen three rows and I'm very patient 👌. May I make a suggestion maybe behind the cars you can put like a diorama figures around some of these cars and put miniature pictures behind the cars. And also you can buy some Popsy glass at your local hardware store like home Depot or Lowe's and put it in front of your models you can take all and saw wedge on your bookcase and slide popsyglass in the front and buy a shorter piece for the side in the end of the bookshelf. And maybe you won't get the dust that you keep getting all the time in your cars that's just a suggestion. And if you think about it decide to do something like that they want you give me a shout out I'm one of your videos I am a 1/18 scale diecast collector I have over just 300 right now and it's still collecting in progress 👌👍
