You get sooo many lows. Also that giant swing -> low kick on oki -> ground throw setup worked flawlessly lol. I guess the ground throw is only guaranteed if the opponent doesn't tech roll after the low kick?

You gotta practice fluidity between inputs. That's really all it is. It's just a fast and fluent 180 degree half circle forward.
