RIP Joe Rogan.
Randy brings up a great subject. Get your head away from your phone and connect with another person. Robert Follis was great at connecting with people.I attended a Team Quest camp in Gresham Oregon. I was coached by Randy Couture, Matt Lindland, and Nate Quarry, but I really connected with Robert Follis. It's hard to describe, but he was just very relatable. His loss is truly immense for MMA and the world at large.
Rip Robert Follis and mad respect for Randy for putting suicide awareness out there!!!

He was literally shunned by his family for choosing to leave the cult.
