It would be hot but humid as well. You can surely visit in April but just try to avoid the Time of 1-3pm. You can rest in Temples or have lunch during that phase.

Bhai if we are doing ratnagiri trip and have 3 and a half days. Is it wise to visit the Tarkarli, Vengurla or devgad side or it's better to stick to Ratnagiri area?

It is a subjective thing actually. If you ask my personal opinion you should stick to Ratnagiri only. You can max go upto Rajapur or Devgad if you want but better explore Ratnagiri and then in another trip may be explore Devgad/Vengurla/Malvan.
