I'm just sad that none of the Toy Story movies are at number 1. That's BY FAR my favorite series. This is probably because I'm old now (42) and I was still young (14) when the first movie came out. So it is the most nostalgic for me.
I think it really underperformed at the box office (especially since it was released at the beginning of the pandemic), so that's why it's not in this list
Being born in 2002 and living through the early 2000s was the best , early 2000s where like the 90s in many ways , because the 90s culture was still around. I would say the change started to happen in 2008 2009, once the smart phone was introduced in 2007 then and more people had them in 2008 and 2009.
Realised I didn't watch Pixar movies in cinema from Toy Story 3 (Up was the last I saw in cinema) until Coco - from child movies to the best Animation studio that still deserve a cinema visit. Have only skipped Elemental since. The first I'm sure I watched in cinema is Finding Nemo, have memories from every time I watched a Pixar movie in cinema in my childhood I saw from there 🤩
Here is the list whith what person(s) I watched the movie with the first time and where. Until Toy Story 3, always cinema. Finding Nemo - With my mom and my friend and her mom. The Incredibles - My mom's parents (from now on only "Grandmother"). Cars - Dad. Ratatouille - Grandmother. Wall-E - Dad (Favorite Pixar movie until Soul). Up - Grandmother. Toy Story 3 - Full family at home on DVD. Cars 2 - Full family at home on DVD and my little sister's friend. Brave - Alone home. Monsters University - Full family at home on DVD. Inside Out - Alone home. The good dinosaur - With my younger cousins on my mother's side. Finding Dory - With my younger cousins on my father's side. Cars 3 - Disney+ alone. Coco - Cinema alone. The Incredibles 2 - Cinema alone. Toy Story 4, Onward, Luca, Turning red - Disney+ alone. Soul - Disney+ alone, had my parents watch it with me on a rewatch, favorite Pixar movie now, wanted to share it with them. Lightyear - Cinema alone. Elemental - Disney+. Inside out 2 - Cinema alone.
top grossing does not equal to best movies. Also you forgot about the Good Dinosaur and I don't blame you. That is next to Brave and Lightyear the worst Pixar movie of all time.
so elemental didnt do that bad huh? i guess inside out 2 in 2 months could get to number one... i never thought cinemas would revive like that for this movie
The 2000's were the Golden Age of Pixar.
Of course.
It all went down hill after cars 2

Cars 1 was my fav movie When i was smol guys
Guy*
i actually felt like i was there, the effects were what really got me into it
O my gosh same! So nostalgic
Same
I'm surprised by the absence of Onward from this list. It's my favourite Pixar film since Up.
I think it really underperformed at the box office (especially since it was released at the beginning of the pandemic), so that's why it's not in this list
It only made $142M at the box office due to the pandemic.
It performed pretty pathetically lol

5:25 the time when Disney only cared about their streaming service and only wanted their movies released on it
Great Video👏
Я столько порнухи по суперсемейке смотрел🤣
Inside Out 2 is now No. 1. It’s no longer Incredibles 2. 😂

Now either that or Dreamworks and it’s inconsistency of either having a hit movie or a movie that did not become a huge hit in the box office.
And deamworks?

Am i the only one who thinks "A Bug's Life" is much better than movies like "Wall-E", "Up" and "Inside Out" ?
I’m blinded by nostalgia for Bugs Life, it was the first Pixar movie I watched: but I have to disagree.
