no it won’t put the benny’s upgrade on a car that doesn’t have benny’s upgrade already. if you merged elegy retro custom onto elegy rh8 it would just come out as an elegy rh8 with all the selections you made on the retro custom
yes it does put the benny upgrades that's why it is called a dup. but you can only sell one but its not worth the money your best using the issi in arena and max it out and be sure it does not have plates on it. also only sell 1 every 18 real time hours so you don't get duped detected
