Love the two bedroom and bath. The front area with the walkin closet should be your (master) and baby girl has the whole back area for herself. Where the tank is make it the bathroom since you’ll have to move the tank anyways. Love you guys bless up

Like I suggested under the previous video: I am loving the progress so far. Your positivity is unmatched. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upstairs. It would be easy for you to turn your current downstairs bedroom into a sitting/living room and use your current sitting/living room into your dining room.

Top class 2 rooms ur room in the front with walk in closet Arianna room in the bck next to stairs have ur Second living room it don't need much. One piece couch a TV n small table so u have access to front porch. Then u build up ur bath room in the bck. So if u have guess they use the room downstairs

I am so proud of both of you, you should put two rooms and a bathroom upstairs and it’s always good to have a spare room. Also what if you guys decide to have another child the room will already be there , As you say little by little trust in god he will provide. Try to make sizeable rooms, I find when people are building houses in Jamaica the rooms are too small: you don’t need two living room that is Jamaican most of the time you are outside or sitting on your veranda. I agree with 2 bedrooms upstairs, that’s more functional. However, if you’re putting 1 bathroom upstairs, then the downstairs bedroom will still have to be the primary, because it’s en suite. One of the bedrooms upstairs that’s sharing a bathroom can be the guest bedroom.

Or maybe u take the side with the porch for ur bedroom make the present closet bigger for ur walk in closet. Then create the space across from that to be Arianna closet. then space n the bck by the stairs for ur bathroom n the new space behind the hallway give Arianna her own bathroom. I think where you point out that you want to put the bathroom should be the bedroom and across from that (the back of the house) the bathroom. That would leave a small veranda/patio at the from and a small living room.

I would go as far as if the space can take it. Get 3 rooms upstairs and a small bathroom incase you in your family size. If the space can’t suit then stick with the two. What size is the main room upstairs thus far. Can it spit in two? Just an observation. It’s hard for me to put a definite comment without knowing the room sizes and the entire upstairs floor size ( square footage)
