Guys...I have made this my mission...I won't let bad buy slip by this time...
I'm suffering badly with my purchase. I had great experience with the first Generation One plus Buds, but lost it. Then couldn't find it in the market and hence decided to buy this one based on such videos.
Results
1. Ears pain within half an hour of wearing it!
2. It doesn't automatically connect everytime with Bluetooth if you take the Buds out between a call.
3. Even when the both Buds are inside the box, ur phone will be on connected mode! When I tried increasing the volume, the can hear the sound coming out of the box rather😂! You have to switch off the Bluetooth button of ur phone to stop transmitting.
4. Don't even start me what happens when u connect with Watsapp or Zoom Call.
Overall the most pathetic piece of equipment I ever had!

i am removing the right bud and the left stopped detecting.. is that expected functionality??
its actually a feature , if you only want to use one buds only then put the one that's not in use inside the case and resume the audio/video.
@@KevinArikkatt thank you for the reply.. but what i am facing is if i am just removing the right one for a second from the ears, the audio also getting stopped coming from left and then it will stop detecting
@@nikitasomani25 so your saying that when you remove one earbud it stops playing the audio on the other as well right? well it is a feature , its made like that so when a person approaches u , u can simply remove any one buds and stop the music , if only one buds you want to use at a time then removing the right ear bud is causing the video/music stop as its a feature and after u put the right earbud into the case the left bud should word as normal.
NOTE-
If after removing the right earbud the left buds connection with phone breaks and you have to re-pair or reconnect both buds again in order for them to work, then its could be an issue, try resetting the buds , when you open the case you'll find the paring button press and hold that button for 15 secs and it shall reset the entire buds, also uninstall and re-install heymelody app and again pair the buds , if that does not work then u might want to take it to service center or call the customer service.
