I have had physical therapy for over use pain. It helped. I have used your techniques they are very similar to the physical therapy. They help as well, if not better. Thank you for helping all of us feel better.

I had terrible and fluctuating back pain for a year.. used your si joint, tailbone pain among others videos, recently found out I have a complicated fibroid in the “back wall”of my uterus thats what causing the problems. Do you have a video you can recommend for that? read that some yoga can even help with shrinking fibroids… you are doing a wonderful job here❤ Thank you 🙏
