Its a pubg issue and seems to be for i5, i7, i9 cpus. Super weird. Lock fps at 60, anti aliasing on low at 60fps (capped)and lower resolution until it stops studdering, seems to differ on different maps tho so just ply woth the resloution. View distance low too

No matter whether you choose a C or D drive, it must be an SSD. Additionally, Windows should be installed on the SSD as well.

Yeah, those changes are generally safe. However, it's always a good practice to create a system restore point before making any major changes to your system. That way, if you encounter any performance issues later, you can easily restore your system back to the point where you created the restore point.
Create a restore point before trying just in case but it mainly just gets rid of bloatware and help improve performance.

steam > library > find the pubg > right click > properties > general ( there u can find that )

Yes, continue. I've been back and forth with bios versions and nvidia drivers. I've also messed with some things in Windows, like clearing the cache every 5 minutes and other things, but without any effective results. I have 16gb of ram and bought 32gb, waiting for it to arrive, but from what I've seen in other videos it won't work either.

@@MateusSilva-ps6xr exact same case for me. Tried so much incl. the 5 min cache clearing etc. - I'm 1 step ahead of u and had bought the 32 gb ram already... still the exact same problem. That game is just optimized poorly as it seems. It's a shame after years since the game's release still the same problem on the third device or so. All graphic settings on minimum when it should run on max settings.

its all depending on ur system "OS" Configuration .. but yea it doesn't impact much on FPS or Gameplay experience so better to not apply that one. sorry i realize that latr.
