Hi Doreen, For your evening routine would be as follows, 2% Alpha Arbutin + Hyperbrite Complex, 10% Niacinamide, Retinoid, 2% Ceramide + Gaba, 5% Black Ginseng + ATP Complex.
Am I able to use the 6% mandelic Tonic with the 20% tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate?
Yes you are able to layer these two with a few minutes wait in between.

Which serum is best to treat milia,I have milia under my eyes
It's best to have milia extracted and then after the recovery period from extraction introduce retinoids.
I have combination skin and started using the dark circle serum. After application there was a slight sting, is this normal? Do note I have never used serums before
Dear Nicolette, stinging isn't normal. The eye area is particularly delicate and sensitive which may be the reason you felt a slight sting. The area could also be a little dryer than the rest of your face as we enter a new season. You can reduce frequency of application and slowly build up to twice a day use.
Can i use the darkmarks serum in my morning routine as well?
Provided you are not layering with Ascorbic Acid you can use the Dark Mark Management in the morning.
