Sister song to Thicker than Water, this song is based on the Scarred Alternate version of the Womb floors in The Binding of Isaac. I was deliberating as to what I wanted to draw for the jacket, but then I settled on a visibly distressed Fred enemy with Harlequin Ichthyosis.
Kinda fucked up, but what else was I gonna draw, a skin graft?
