GHL Invoicing works great for collecting money but can't do bank account reconciliation.

Whenever you send a text to pay you are just creating an invoice under payments>Invoices. Once that invoice gets paid then the "team" notification email gets sent out notifying everyone that payment was made. Hope that helps. You can configure the email or use a custom template under the Payment>Invouces then click the gear icon in the top right and go to Notifications then Twam Notifications to set it up.

@@rainy6038 Yes using a workflow. You can customize a payment received trigger and then create whatever notification you want.

Yes regarding the payment link. but it will be for one payment not reoccurring series of payments.
