If IMF r sincere to Pakistan (which factually they r not) and to their own institution(that they should b) they should first ask the Pak Govt two fundamental questions:
1. Where have all the erstwhile billions gone?
2. If elite r responsible for misappropriation of the previous loans, why should poor b made to pay for the loss?
Yours 2 very relevant questions r worth mentioning before IMF, that u pointed out absolutely correct

well, zulfi bhai, your both questions are acute and perfecto to be asked, but by whome? IMF shd ask this from our govt? and if so why they would? they are money landers, for them its not all important where the loans have gone, since they are reciving their interests, but if they would ask these questions now, just because they d want to secure their current loan return, in fact these were the questions to be aasked by public of pakistan in first place from the responsibles of last 30 years, 40 years or 75 years, and we all know now that all the ppl reigned pakistan in 75 years were corrupts, 98% of them, if today some judges or generals stands up to rectifications are also subject to be hanged under charges of their previous corruptions, and if they were not corrupt than shd must be hanged under charges of article 6, for keeping quite watching all corruption going on around them, they had the responsibility to stand up against it, but they didnt, if IMF ask these two questions (which PTI is also asking) than it ll be a great shame for nation for next 200 years to come, that IMF came to a so called muslim country which was/is most corrupt and filthy of the world,
