Really nice vid, although I prefer the pure engine sound and no music, it wasen't too anoying, and the filming and editing was good, but man does this make me long for the winter season so I can start working with the chain saw again.
Awesome cutting head I knew the was a reason why liebherr came up with those type of configuration on the excavators, doesn't take long, shame it can't cut slightly larger timber!

Hallo Max! Danke für Dein großes Lob! Das Video habe ich gedreht. Regie hatte ich auch :-) Als Kamera kam eine Sony PMW EX1R und zwei GoPro Hero 3 zum Einsatz. Geschnitten wurde mit Adobe Premiere Pro. Ich war etwa zwei Tage am Drehen und einen Tag am Schneiden. Viele Grüße, Christian

Tolles Gerät und schönes Video. Sehe ich das richtig,dass das Panzerketten (M48?) sind bei denen die mittleren Führungszähne an Stelle der äußere Endverbinder gesteckt wurden und einfach aussen um die original Kette gelegt wurden? gruß Jan Abele

This is because these machines are ment to work in saefty tree felling jobs, in urban areas, or at live roads, you cannot use a feller buncher that has a risk zone of 70meters or so, if you are allowed to only use one lane of a road. Or you work next to buildings or so. For the large volume timber production, of course a Saw type machine would be more productive.
