Sir according to my opinion regarding the down fall of education in our state is because we neglect the majority. Particularly students in rural and remote places didn't get quality education. There are many factors which includes infrastructure, untrained teachers, recruitment of teachers with distance course, bad management of the school, if we want to change we need to look into those factors. Recruitment process should meet the standard teacher - students ratio at the same time quality teacher is much needed. One quality teacher like this Principal can change the entire school. Imagine if we get hundreds and thousands of those. Please view my comments and give some feedback sir because I need to understand this matter.
because government discouraged the students by saying every now and than they keep saying dont look for government job but try to start there own business but without proper training or lack of information to learn be it on subject they study or by studying this subject this are the benefits they can gain.you can understand when you ask students what is your aim in life they will answer it but wat subjects they should take n understand it so that they can reach there aim in life in reality but not just in dream or just assuming.
