I have to say that they meet for the first time the 19th October 2009 and Phil's video was uploaded on 10th February 2009!
I wanted to make this video because I love them, they are awesome and I wish that, someday, I will find someone as special as Dan is for Phil and Phil is for Dan.

Honestly, I can look passed the ship. It's not just all about them secretly being in a relationship. It's the fact that they saved each other. What's right in front of us is so beautiful and powerful that we don't even need the Phan edits, that's just extra. There is always hope for us, the Phandom or anyone for that matter to find a best friend. Like Dan said, he didn't have a best friend for 18 years! but he got one eventually. Best friends, In a relationship, whatever they are...They love each other for sure.

Years later Dan and Phil decide to make their final video a collab together, starting with a collage of pictures and videos from the past and ending with tears and their final words on UA-cam "Goodbye Internet" "Bye Guys" Phil slowly put down his hand from his habit of waving at the camera and looked at Dan with tears in his eyes, Dan looked back at him, tears also shining in his eyes, "This was the most fun I've ever had." he said in a barely audible whisper, but Phil heard him anyway. Instead of tackling him like way back in 2009, Phil hugged Dan and sobbed into his shoulder while Dan clung onto Phil like his life depended on it. And that was it, the video was over, it switched to a black endscreen for two seconds before the video ended. No "Click here to subscribe!" or "Click here to check out their channel!" it was over, the world of Dan and Phil was only a beautiful memory, it was over.

I hate how people judge me for shipping them. But my motto is, "you can only ship something if you have a good reason to", and I have like friggin 5 binders full of reasons why they are perfect for each other. And I've just never seen two people more meant for each other then they are (romantically or platonically) they are still always together. I mean don't get more started on actual "phan evidence", but just the way they look at each other alone is enough to know that they should be everyone's OTP....I rest my case * drops mic *
I met Dan and Phil at Playlist Live, but Dan was in the bathroom so I was stood there just talking to Phil for 2 minutes. I said to him "Let me finish as this will sound bad if I don't. You and Dan have the most beautiful relationship I have ever seen between two people. Whether you and Dan are romantic or just Best Friend Goals, don't ever give this relationship up. You two have a bond that could never be broken and I respect that. To be honest, I couldn't care less what type of relationship you guys are in. What really keeps me coming to your videos is how strong your bond is. Please don't ever grow apart." Phil said he was going to cry and he actually did. Dan came back and ran up to Phil saying "WHAT HAPPENED??!" Phil said he'd explain later to Dan and I got a picture with the two of them. It was the best day of my life to be able to tell them how I felt about them.

this made me cry so much, but i know it will NEVER EVER happen, because those two are connected at the hip, I mean, look how sad Dan is while Phil is just away on holiday, you know, in a relationship or not, they love each other. It is love, but love comes in many different ways. So whether they are together or not together i think that they love each other too much to ever do that and it would probably end up with them in tears hugging and saying that they will never leave each other or making out on the floor. (I added stuff for ppl who ship phan and don't ship xD)

Watching Dan and Phil for as long as I have and seeing their relationship grow, my honest opinion is that they used to have something going on (i.e they used to sleep together) but not anymore. I think they agreed to be good friends.
