so yeah my 1st rh upload's 2 year anniversary is tmr :flushed: so crazy to imagine how i've been making these for 2 years.... even if the last year's been kinda.. slow, lol
i'll probably give another paragraph for the dedicated 2 year video, but for now, just.... that's pretty insane, lol. thank you everyone
umm thoughts on the remix? obviously pretty iconic, though i still like 7 and 9 more. idk, i'm not crazy for this selection of games, though it does have some good ones. and the sound effects... worked much better than i anticipated, actually. air rally's racket hits sounding similar to the BtS widget bounces, there being the perfect amount of voice lines between samurai and dough to match up with air rally, and... come on. the screams for working dough are just hilarious, lol.

By the way, about fever, I have five soundtrack perfects now.
Because I got remix 5, solely due to remix 4 being very inconsistent.
It took me forever to get this one, as I was acting like a coward, thinking this would be another blue birds 2, but I got it second try which means, in order of when I got them my perfects are:
Shrimp Shuffle, Packing Pests 2, Remix 4, Donk-Donk, Launch Party, and Remix 5.
Set 5 actually has my favorite rhythm fever minigame, that being flock step.
I’m starting to like 8 fever more, but I prefer remix 8 DS, as I suck at like half of the minigames here.
Plus launch party is incredibly difficult in this remix due to being so fast.
Although, the people have spoken that my final unique soundtrack before I pick the next perfect is…
Double Date 2.
Since the latest someone got this perfect was at the half-way mark, and some people got this one pretty early…
Maybe I could redeem my skills on this one, but it sounds insane for me to get this one right after remix 5.
I’d need a lot of practice to stand a chance!
Although, the minigame seems very since:
Double Date 2 is from set 8, the hardest set to get a perfect on in my opinion. Getting it would mean I wouldn’t need a perfect on the infamous built to scale 2 fever.
And it’s the last one from set 8. I’ve never mentioned this directly, but I have simply never gotten a perfect outside of megamix (the easy one) that is the fourth minigame in a set.
So double date 2 is a perfect choice of the four, with the issue being:
I suck at double date, a sequel sounds really difficult to get the perfect on.
I’ll probably take a break for quite a while, as I’d be so scared to do THAT one next.
It’s either that or tambourine, and I suck at simon says minigames!
I’m just hoping this one is tame like the rest…
@@VillagerMax Also about my other perfects, shrimp shuffle might be the most anxiety I ever had playing a game.
I was shaking, sweating, my wii remote was shaking a lot from my immense fear, but I did it!
Long story short, I was wondering what to do with my fever file.
I got all the medals, what’s the next step then?
Like a fool, I decided perfects would be my second goal.
There were 9 options for unique soundtrack perfects.
Despite there being four options for the remixes, I didn’t consider any of them easy enough to deserve being my FIRST perfect.
My options for the sequels were far too slim, so…
I was doing the minigames first.
I already explained tambourine, but the other two…
It made me want to reconsider my choice.
It was two minigames I never expected a perfect on.
Donk-Donk has one of the strictest timings in the franchise, even if you’re going late you’ll likely hit a barely. And don’t even THINK about going early.
Shrimp Shuffle has invisible barelies, and they are very easy to hit. Also, I hadn’t played it in a long while.
Although…
The game decided to pick for me.
I was first considering randomizing my choice, but I doubted I’d stand a chance on either.
So the game did the randomizing for me!
Right after my plans for fever were revealed, barista was noting me the next perfect would be on shrimp shuffle.
I got one practice attempt, but that didn’t get me far.
It was showtime now. There was no turning back.
Hands shaking, feeling my heart beat very fast, sweating buckets, I dove in after some self-encouragement.
Nervously skipping the practice, the whole perfect had only one thing in my head, looping a lot at the start.
“I’m gonna fail this! I’ll never get a perfect in fever! It was a lost cause to go for perfects next!”
As the P bounced up more, I still felt there was no hope.
“What if I lose all three attempts to the same input? I’ll never want to go for this one perfect ever again!”
As I got further though, my thoughts became less of fear and more of shock.
“How am I getting this far? My practice barely got me anywhere!”
“What the- how did I understand the minigame so well with only one practice attempt?”
Near the end, I finally started feeling more confident.
“Maybe there is a chance! Perhaps this was the right choice! The game might be guiding me the right way!”
And right before I felt my beginner’s luck would run out…
I did it. It wasn’t a last try, nor did I fail it once…
I got it on my very first try!
Honestly, it might be the thing I’m the most proud about.
An infamous minigame, but I, surprisingly, get it first!
Right as the end came, my final thoughts were…
“I… did it?! Oh my… YES!!!”
“I never have to do this perfect again. Thank god.”
“There it is. First. Fever. Perfect.”
“Everyone I tell this story will be so proud of me.”
It’s a cool story, and honestly, it’s the perfect story to listen to to remind you that…
No matter how impossible your goals seem, if you dedicate yourself to it enough…
You’ll destroy them!
So just find some random perfect on a minigame, and maybe you’ll have the same luck as me!
So, the moral of this story is…
Never give up! Believe in yourself and even seemingly impossible goals will be overcome!
If you dedicate enough time to it, you’ll do things you never expected to happen!

i felt the anxiety from facing down a shrimp shuffle perfect just from reading this…. also, wow, impressive getting it on the first try! the one time i tried to get a perfect on shrimp shuffle, i messed up very very close to the end… safe to say i don’t wanna give it another go, lol
@@VillagerMax I had some RIDICULOUS beginner’s luck there, but that luck’s been showing way more often.
I’m most shocked at double date 2, another one I didn’t get a perfect attempt on.

For a megamix player at first, I’m a beast at fever!
I really found it better when I used certain wii remote motions to help me identify the rhythm.
It’s gotten me a lot of tricky ones.
I will admit though, the hardest of my perfects to replicate was remix 4, samurai slice is just really tough to not get barelies on.
But as I was just rhythming for another day, the rhythm’s league’s next perfect was gonna be on double date 2.
Part of me didn’t want to ever touch that perfect, thinking it’d be like blue birds 2, but another part of me wanted to jump straight in.
“It’s the last sequel from set 8! I’ve never gotten a perfect on the fourth minigame in a set, this is my one chance!”
Somehow, this was another first try.
I’ve also earned three random perfects, love rap (that was a first try), exhibition match (surprised I got it since I tend to count to five at the wrong time), and most shockingly, built to scale 2.
I previously mentioned that set 8 was a nightmare to just get one perfect on, but I was eating my words and had two perfects from the set now!
Oh yeah, I did launch party first try after using my strategy.
It’s been carrying me through these perfects, and I might reach the last 20 if I’m lucky!
Remix 1, I know it’s gonna show up eventually, so I practiced it after finishing for the day, and I’m still very unsure if I can get it.
As the person who got a very infamous minigame as their first perfect, this is to be expected.
More emberrassed the first remix I failed all three attempts on the same input.
It’s the second gray robot.
That one, I can’t get it consistently!
Then there’s double date, which is FASTER than in remix 8.
Despite remix 8 having the most bpm in fever, remix 1’s double date is a nightmare to ace!
Although hole in one is very fun to do, and see-saw is nice and simple.
I’m hoping the next five perfects I get quickly!
But if things get too rough, I’ll practice the remaining ones and take it one step at a time.
I’ve played the game for a while, and if I get one more perfect, I’ll beat DS’s record of ten perfects.
Unbelievable, the game I used to suck at is now my best bet for perfects.
Seriously, try shaking your wii remote, not only does it add some cool movement, it’ll help you understand the rhythms better!
I couldn’t be more proud of myself for having this many fever perfects.
