- If you have a led tv and suddenly it's not working properly then this video is for you.
This tv is Thomson 32 inch led tv. it's audio is working properly but the led screen is black. and I find a simple solution for you that just open it and clean the panel using cotton and thinner. This is a basic/simple solution you can try at home but if it's not working then you can go to a near tv repair shop.
Maybe there are a few problems--
1) Display panel is not working.
2)LED lights are burned.
3)some IC, Register does not supply the proper voltage.
4) Fuse is cut out.

Same issue. The repairing service centre has charged 4000 rs in the name of changing the panel. Customers are fooled by the repair centres in the name of led repair.

don't worry bro ...your led panel is good...just bellow the pannel there are a few led lights strip available...just change the strip if you can...that's to solve your problem.

Mine was the same brand TV it is having same problem but the display works after giving it two days rest now it is not working completely only audio is working after doing that cleaning process also it is not work . Is there any other way to repair it.

No,,,there are are many led lights inside the panel,,,and some lights are burned that’s why your display brightness is gone,,,your tv is good ,,,but you need to change led lights which price is 10-20 rupees but if you go to repair shop it takes 1000-1200 rupees,,I upload a new video how to change led lights at home in the next week,,,so stay tuned,,,thanks for comment 🥰🙏🙏

your tv panel is completely good but inside the black screen led just one led light is burn or dead ...if you can open it very carefully and change the burning small led light...then you can fix your tv very low price like 20 rupees..and if you go to repair shop you paid to 500/- rupees ...Thanks for query..and Happy New Year2021

open your mobile flashlight and chek under the led any graphics or video showing or not...if video showing then your panel is good otherwise it need to change...
With flashlight showing but repair person said tv backlight need to be change and charge 3500 it's good or not 1 year warranty

I also bought a 65 inch Google TV from Thomas. By 10 days, its display became complianted. Even after calling the service center many times, they did not find a solution. It's been a month now and they haven't provided any solution yet. Very very bad product and bad service. You should never buy a product from this company. I don't know what to do next. My money is gone. Can you give me a solution?
