- I didn’t think I’d be reviewing this Ardbeg expression but thanks to the wonderful whisky community I am!!!
So another special coming out of Ardbeg, they just keep dropping new bottles don’t they! Some better than others and some much more pricey than they should be but the FOMO is real so they get away with it!
This particular drop is a team up with DJ-BBQ. This man of the grill has worked with the distillery to select some juice that will pair with all things BBQ, I just hope it doesn’t taste like a burger sauce!!!

Nice fun and honest review. I got one of these in the bunker. I’ll open it one day. Glad to hear it was a good one. For on e the price on a special release wasn’t too crazy. These sold out in my area.

It's the best limited release from Ardbeg for quite some time, and also the most reasonably priced. I've got through several bottles already. I was planning on putting some aside for the future, but it was too moreish!
@@FEWGEE1 I agree with u there! The new Anthology is a decent dram tbf but a lot of the no age statement committee releases haven’t been about much.

Too bad you can get to Texas and hang with Red Beard Kelly Sparks. You all could review whiskeys, enjoy BBQ, shoot the breeze in front of a big fire. Would be fun.
Amen to that. Kelly is a real good dude!! I’d love to get over to Texas at some point and definitely hook up for all that! It’s on my to do list for sure 👌🏽
