Thanks for showing the new GTT handle. I was curious about how exactly it functions before I got one. This seems perfect, and would save the need for a foot pedal saving many connections and hardware
@@TorchTalkawesome videos. How do I get sponsored by High Volume Oxygen? I would spread their awesome abilities far and wide just for the use of a small machine
Its a big system that pulls air from like 6 bench stations and the teaching desk with a large hood. I can't pretend to know the design efficiency and such but it def works well.
Hey, it's an Aventon Aventure. I love it. Couldn't be happier with the purchase, really. I put over 800 miles on it between July and December last year. I only weight about 150 lbs. and the thing gets me up to between 29 and 33 mph depending on wind and incline. Pushing it like that, you'll get around 25 miles on a charge. If you keep the assist level down to a cool 15-18 mph or so, you can get way, way more. Haven't done that long enough without charging to say, but people report getting close to 50 miles like that. I took great pains deciding between a cargo style bike with the max speed of 20 mph and this beefed up fat tire bike. Glad I went with this one.
I love making eye murinis for rebtile, fish and goat style creepy eyes 🐐 How do I get sponsored by High Volume Oxygen? I would spread their awesomeness far and wide and only require the use of a small machine. Heck I would even take a broken one because I know I could get it running. All my glassblowing loot got nabbed so im starting over from scratch but now I'm teaching my 13 year old son at the same time. I made a couple of torches to use till I sell enough stuff but having an oxygen concentrator would be sweeeeet
The kevlar selves I got from mountain glass tend to melt and leave a residue on the glass even when I think the glass is fairly cool or we’ll cool enough to grab or whipe off with a Kevlar sleeve. I started using a heat defense pad from Acadian they work amazingly and don’t leave any residue at all!! And they’re soft too!! They will break down and you’ll lose the black material over time and essentially your left with another Kevlar square or whatever the material he uses is but it melts like Kevlar if the glass is to hott 😂😂😂
As someone who’s used this new handle mirage, and has a GHC pedal hooked up to my mirage (which controls the flame the same as the handle.) I much prefer using the pedal over the handle. The pedal lets me run the torch like I’m driving a car. More gas, less gas, oxy bypass ect, while my hands are free to spin the glass. This would be nice for travel and set up, but I wouldn’t buy one for any other reason. Jason Howard should have my new 40mm Herbie to me by mid next week, so I’m now Team GTT and Team Herbie. I will also be picking up das pedal from Griffin for the Herbie to have the same flame control through the foot as soon as my wallet recovers.
Every time I empty a lighter I will break the bottom off of it and use it as a striker. Any full size lighter is not welcome in the shop only deformed bics that have nothing but striker for lighting torches.

I mentioned wanting to see this demo when I saw you at champs in Daytona the other day. Super stoked to see the video. Thanks man
Hey homie! I do remember that convo! Got around to this sooner than later when I had the new GTT in front of me :D
Thanks Mike…..amazing studio…
Pretty cool @Mike
The bolt action GTT we've been waiting for all these years
How awesome, would you say the way they have there ventilation set up would be more efficient than a hood and would it hold in more heat in the room?
I could be mistaken but it looks like they have hood vents above the circular vents

Anyone know what kinda e-bike Mike rocks? I’ve been super curious and interested in buying myself one.
Pretty sure that is Matt Losee's bike, I'll see if he can drop by with some feedback.

Yah as a foot pedal user I found it limiting but def an amazing option for a compact setup. Congrats on the new torch!
That roller cutter was pretty tight. Where are the zippos at yo!
