Your work and style is so inspiring to me. Your messages and tips along the way are very helpful. All too often my works ends up like the ‘dogs dinner’ because I have over painted! Your work is stunning and you are a delight to follow.
Tony your stroke work is fluid and deliberate. No hesitation you know where you are going, the sign of a true master. A pleasure to watch you work. Thanks for sharing.
Tony, i adore your videos and the accompanying soundtracks. I’ve only been ‘ fiddling around’ with art, mainly watercolour for a couple of years but seeing the possibilities of pastel just delights me. Pastel, for me has become the essence of light and colour which is art really..... Keep making the videos please......
Isabel, thank you so much for you comments and enthusiasm. I also started my career as an artist painting in watercolour. I found pastel almost 30 years ago and have not put it down since. I’m sure you will grow and your work will become even more exciting as you start your journey and become immersed in pure colour and light. I’m on your team and will always be available to answer any questions you might have! ....keep painting!
This is just so masterful and inspiring. Thank you so much for sharing. Watching you do this is making me ask so many questions. I'm curious what surface this is, and whether it is your typical choice, or if you have a variety that you enjoy painting on.

Thank you for your kind words. I used black UART paper for this piece. I also paint on LaCarte pastel card
Tony, was that a Diane Townsend Terrages (the giant orange you used in the sky)? Also which pastels do you use the most?
The large pastel was a special order from Unison Colour. I use a selection of Unison, Ludwig, Mount Vision, Schminke, Great American
