If it doesnt work when you launch ghidra it may be because now ghidra need jdk17 and not 11 😉

The executable did not work for me, I solved it by installing version 17 of openjdk with this command:
sudo apt-get install -y openjdk-17-jdk

Yes, please note this is an older version of Ghidra, which is likely why you had an issue.
