Недавно лампу настольную ребенку купили. Поработала три дня и потухла. Нашел неисправность в питающем проводе. Целыми были три медных жилки, и они переломились. Наверное из этого цеха провод был. Считал, что в нашем цехе бардак, плохо уборкой занимаемся. Оказывается порядок в нашем цехе против этого как медицинском кабинете. Ни одного защитного чехла на проводах. У мужчин такой балахон с подолом, что его может зацепить любой крутящийся предмет линии, это уже за гранью против наших линий. У нас все закрыто, защитная сигнализация, и то дурачков закручивает.

Посмотрел про ремонт подшипников, меня дрожь взяла. Такую работу может организовать человек вообще не разбирающийся в этом. На обоймах вышлифовали места износа, обойма потянула геометрию, окружность. Обоймы по наружному диаметру стали меньше. Ролики потеряли геометрию. Да вообще сняли верхний цементированный слой на беговых дорожках. Моя бабушка сказала бы, что так нельзя. Ролики же не круглые стали. А ведь вложат в коробочку и продадут как новые.
Потому изоляция на морозе и ломается, что сделана черт знает из чего.
С такими "прорывами" и мы дойдем до такого производства. Какие там допуски и посадки, соосности, радиальные биения - подшипников. Хорошо , что Китай за природные ресурсы не отвернулся, а то и гвоздей своих нет.
