Those are some nice peaches. Too bad about the unwelcomed guest. Maybe coat them in something? A clear box after pollination or something akin to it. Anything like wax or clay might impede growth. I don't know a lot about growing an orchard. Alternatively, you could get some guard dogs and only feed them at noon. Any intruders at night would be dinner. If it's a rodent, a small breed might help best. Anything too big, and you have an issue of dominance when hunger is involved.
