I grew up golfing with him at River Oaks in Sandy Ut, he is honesty the nicest most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. I am so happy he made it couldn’t happen to a better person!
Subpar, with Colt and Drew is by far the BEST golf show in the entire media world today!! Entertaining, informative, funny and Real!!! Thank You guys for the great show!!!
Been watching this dude since “big break “, he’s got one of the smoothest swings on tour… Absolutely crushes the ball, proves that you don’t need huge shoulder, turn or super flexibility to nuke the ball… Just have solid repetitive mechanics. Definitely model of my swimming after this guy.
He is a great player..I'd like to see that happen...I'm not sure he has the mentality...certainly has the skill..but sort of afraid he lacks that finishing off killer/ dog mentality..hope I'm wrong
@@gtaylor9218 in a top tier field, yes. He is already losing to his son. He has the talent for sure, but i have not seen the killer instinct. Hopefully he learned playing with Tiger, you need to change your mentality when its time to compete.
What a great storyteller! I remember him from Big Break of course; never thought he'd be as good as he's gotten 'cause so many of those players were really just close to scratch etc... Love seeing him compete. Thanks for posting. TU!
All your shows are great guys. I have really enjoyed catching them so far. Seeing the personal side of the tour pro's is great. Very well done ! You have a loyal follower here.
this was excellent. love him since big break. interesting and super talented guy. very grounded. you guys did a great job in the interview. first sub par for me and now time to bing. cheers.
I was fortunate to give Tony a ride to the driving range at the local PGA stop as a volunteer last year. So down to earth. He chatted me up like we were besties. I didn’t chat him up, he chatted me up. Good thing I didn’t ask him about his ankle 😂
Tony just a nice grounded guy with a golf gift, well done Bhoy's keep it up, I am also a fan until you make a deriiere of a show, now that is more pressure than foot putt for a Dollar.
Had a selfie with Tony at the BMW CHAMPIONSHIP last September at Wentworth... the bloke was easy going and popular. Great player, destined to win a major 👍
HeyI was is a time time to go eat and eat some dinner time day off work tonight or do I gotta gotta is is a like come come visit us and then I wannabes wascoming
I played high school golf against tony and gipper. Love tony. Such a great guy. Hopefully he can get some more wins out there. I followed him in Scottsdale this year. Almost had it.
@@per_growth yeah. Still love them. There's a version 2 of the sterlings coming out this year so I'll probably upgrade to those. They aren't called sterlings though but are designed by Tom wishon again.
I followed him at Stonebrae. His putting was surprisingly very good. Distance control not so good. He once hit an approach wedge from 120 yds. He flew it 135/140 yds. Long players the pro level are only as good as their wedge game.
Love this dude, Tony Finau. He is going to win a lot on the PGA tour, dude is still young enough. I feel like he just needs that “think” to click. Maybe change caddie?
Spencer Levin would be a great interview - he's got some anger stories! Dumped a hot dog and beer on my kid at a Dodgers game a few years ago but his team made it all good
Followed Trevino in the 90's on Senior Tour........liked to talk, funny: there was a middle aged lady scoring at the first tee (she is white has kinda buck teeth and euro accent ) So Lee (was a Army vet) starts in about " where are you from ..Poland..... he goes on about "nibbling through countries " like what Nazi Germany did. Very politically incorrect, maybe even raceee, but it was funny, lady laughed and I just watched with a smirk on my face.
Finau hit what I consider as the luckiest shot ever......... To an island hole, he hits a high shot that lands on top of the railroad tie dam to the pond, bounces to about 10' ......he drops the birdie putt. (you could hit 1,000,000 balls and not hit that shot )
Dude snapped that ankle like he was some unathletic dude, but turns out he was a scholarship basketball player and has pro basketball and football blood in his veins lol
I grew up golfing with him at River Oaks in Sandy Ut, he is honesty the nicest most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. I am so happy he made it couldn’t happen to a better person!
SLC Represent! My Best Score at River Oaks is 82.. I saw him alot after he got Sponsored by Callaway at the Golf in the Round (Central Valley)
I’ve talked to him at alpine country club in highland a couple of times and he is the most genuine and kindest person I’ve ever met
Yep sounds like a nice young buck 👍
Great interview. Never watched before but with Tony on board I'm a fan now
Wishing Tony all the best

Great interviews! It's nice to get to know the players in a relaxed setting. I hope this podcast goes off the charts!
The "Bombin Tongan"good work Toko you are inspiring Tongans all over. All the best from Australia.
This might be the greatest golf show ever!! Absolutely love those podcasts and now I'm a Tony fan for sure, what a great guy!
Been friends w Tony on Facebook for AGES. We’re both the same age. He liked a comment of mine once. Made my week. Lol
Mark my words, Tony Finau will win a Major in 2021

Tony rocks, best guy on tour, next to woodland and webb
You guys should create an index so we can go to the info that interests us….you would get more looks
Finau has effortless power. If his putting improves, he'll get that break through win.
Great interview! Are you guys in Az? We are in La Costa. Headed to Scottsdale this weekend.
I still dont know how he hasnt won more.
My dude. 🔥👏🏾👏🏾

New caddie , best green reader on tour
On my wall growing up , I had Farrah Fawcett.
Tony is cool. 👌🏽
Anyone know when this was filmed
They do need to bring big break back
2nd biggest tournament in the world the open is number 1
how can you not like Tony Tone? dude is a stud golfer and keeps it all in perspective
Love Tony! I was pissed when he choked at Scottsdale.
He choked? Shot one under without a bogey on the back nine and Webb Simpson birdied 17, 18, and 18 again to win by one.
Ryan Arnold yeah he choked. Hit it in the weeds in the playoff whole because of the pressure.
Putnam is no longer in the tour??😟
DS has to stop interrupting!
