I can't confirm the 'wearing glasses in your sleep' thing even though I have glasses and the reason being is that
1. I never looked at myself in the mirror while in my dreams
2. I never looked from another perspective during my dreams
I sometimes have my dreams in second and third person
I don't wear glasses in my dreams
