Sorry about the audio, My mic was off but after reviewing the video I thought the content was so good I posted it anyways. Let me know if you like the information I provided.
Dave Ive been using bands for 6 months 5 days per week and got good results. I switched to taking a day off after 3 days and felt fresher and can push harder than taking two days off in a row. My split is Day1 Shoulders/calves, Day 2 Posterior Chain Day 3 Chest an Back. Day 4 OFF/Cardio. Day 5 Legs. Day 6 Bi and Tri Day 7 OFF/cardio. Just sharing my experience with you.
I think the underlying idea behind tip 3 is that you need to treat resistance band workouts as intensely as a weight lifter would treat a weight lifting routine. Don't treat resistance bands as easier or lesser.
Hey Dave, it's refreshing to see someone who promotes bands. I have a question, can I use bands to recompose my skinny-fat body? My routine is eating less calories, high protein, low carb. And I try to exercise with bands everyday for at least 40+ minutes. I'm 6'3 200 pounds, 1 point overweight according to BMI. Definitely subbing to you, I like your style.
Howdy Dave, I’ve been following your videos for about 4 months now and seeing results. My question is this; on my Biceps, I have gotten results on the length and width of them but not seeing a peak yet. Sorry I don’t know the correct term for the bicep muscles. Is there another exercise with bands to build a peak? Thanks for the motivation!! Gary
Another tip is when doing any fly DONT cross hands. Once you get passed the mid line you’re taking away from the chest and incorporating shoulders...on you high cable flys you crossed your arms to get a better contraction but what you didn’t notice was that once you did that your cause your shoulders to internally rotate activating your shoulders and traps...great video though...good tips.
Great info here ! Did you do any videos of using the bionic body bar with resistance bands? Just got this and loving it so far...wanted to see variations of workouts using this....

Hey if that works for you and you like your results, keep going 👍🏾
Dave what you talked about is 100% true, here’s one more tip I’d like to add is changing sets instead of three sets do four sets!
Nice extra tip Steve 👍🏾

Thanks man, yes bands would definitely help you with that but I would recommend working out 1hr a day

Yes sir “Elevated bicep curls” so curl towards your forehead with an anchored resistance band
