Have you looked into PDA? It’s considered a profile of autism, yet it’s quite specific in it’s own right. -an anxiety driven need for control- When you mention ‘doing the opposite’ as in it might have been a sense of anxiety to do opposite and just having a hard time for regular daily demands. Some austistic traits you might feel might not entirely fit. ADHD, , if there’s impulistivity ad distractiablity, that sense that anxiety overrrides and demeans become overwhelming. I do recommend looking into it. ** I’m not someone who has PDA, but looking into it I have a sibling who has PDA ie. it’s not their fault and they’ yer not trying to be manipulative etc. Though growing up it could have ‘felt’ that way. Let me know what you htink and if you think it could fit for you. :)

I have autism and it im not the least bit happy with.
