Hi pards! Ang total ng inabot ng furnishing sa unit namin ay mga 600k. Naginvest kami ng malaki para maging energy efficient ang mga appliances kaya medjo napamahal.

Hi po, nice video, actually waiting ako sa part 2 na sinabi nyo sa last part ng video nyo... anyway, ask ko lang po kc nabalitaan ko na may subscription free internet na daw kasama upon turnover ng unit... ano pong internet service provider ung sa inyo and may sarili po ba silang modem/router na free na iinstall sa unit? Asking lang po para may idea mga work from home tulad ko, thanks po and Congrats po sa inyo!
Hi Pards! Naku yung 2nd part ng video matatagalan yun kasi hindi na inabot ng bakasyon. Anyway salamat. Yung free internet na sinasabi ay iko connect ng admin ng kai garden kaya suggest ko lang ay magsabi ka agad sa PMO na gusto mo ng ipakabit ang internet. May sarili silang modem na i iinstall. As for provider, The Source yata yung name pero kahit papaano usable naman ang internet speed.

Hi, how are the noise levels (tricycles, dogs, cars, etc) in that area? Are you able to hear it inside your unit?
Hi Pards! The noise level inside the unit is very minimal. Though you will hear the noise if you open your windows or doors.

Hi neighbor, same bldg kami pero havent moved in yet, haha wla pa time to asikaso the interiors of the unit. ask ko lang, 60cm ung oven nyo? I havent bought the oven yet and nung nagsukat ako ung space alloted is 62cm. And ung sofa, may I know ano length? Im having a hard time choosing if 1 na 3 seater or L-shaped na sofa din kasi 😅 Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi Pards! Yung binili naming oven is 58cm pero may uwang pa syang onti. Ang sabi nila kasyang kasya daw ang 60cm pero nagsiguro labg kami kaya ganun ang ginawa namin. Sa sofa naman Camrose sofa sya na 3 seater. Ito dimensions Width: 185 cm, Depth: 78 cm, Height: 85 cm.
Nakakagulat nga talaga yung mga fees na hindi binanggit pero ganun talaga. Kaya kailangan talaga nating mag research. Anyway thank you for watching!

However, we advise you to prepare the amount of Php80,000.00-110,000.00 (estimated amount only) which will cover the following:
• Condominium Corporation Joining Fee
• Utility Bill Deposit (power and water)
• Association Dues* (2 months advance and complete PDCs for 10 months or 12 months advance payment with one month discount)
• Building Insurance* (Annual payment)
• Real Property Tax* (Annual payment)
• Share on common areas* (Monthly payment for water and electricity)
• Others* (May include CCTV, fire extinguisher, etc)

Pards @@dayrit99. Pre selling palang sya nung nakuha namin kaya siguro ganun. Oo 99pesos/sqm ang bayad. Kasama ang sa balcony at sa parking sa sukatan para informed ka lang. nagulat nga kami nung sinabi na kasama ang balcony at parking space sa computation ng association dues.
Kaya nga parang doble na ang price nya. Anyway, i think it’s still a good investment. Kasi ang price nya ay siguradong tataas pa once open na lahat ng building at unit.
