I barely comment on videos but on this i have to, ure one of the best reactors out there, you analyze the song and even the sound on how deep the meaning is, you try your best to understand it and thats exactly how ure supposed to do when listening to izaya tiji, his songs are very meaningful and beautiful despite being experimental, u understood everything here. Love this video
i saw a comment mentioning how you mistaken destroy lonely and more as pluggnb if you wanna see more genres in “underground rap” you should watch a video by “Im Saucy Huh” explaining all the genres in this type of music… Love the videos btw.
man it cool how u identify some of this little hings only artist or big big music fans would know, what you said about coming up with how to convey the feelings with sounds then words are secondary thats a fact for artists that make this music even me, its mainly because we all look up to people like young thug and its also just a generation thing thats how we choose to aproach the sounds we are making, also heard you say in a bunch of videos about the beat thing, we punch in a lot to help us construct the flows better its really like an intentional ting and varies with different artist, im really suprised you notice all this things and actually have an idea on why thats kind of impressive you almost have an artists perspective when listening
Thanks! I'm sure my reading of things comes from studying fiction and getting into the interpretation of authors' intent -- and a song isn't really all that different than a book or other sort of writing. The big difference is adding in the sonic part of it. It's fun for me to try and figure out why (I think) the artist has made certain choices. I may be totally off-base, but I can only say what I think -- happily, people seem to like the way my brain works. :) Thanks again!
the lady ur talking about who's singing is imogen heap :) but the original sample here is from tokyo ghoul called "glassy sky". I do recommend you listen to some Imogen Heap (Frou Frou is a duo she was in) though because her music is very beautiful (maybe even some songs who sample her such as: moment - lil death i'm god - lil b I'm god - clams casino (instrumental) demons - A$ap Rocky)
He also says, look how they look at us at the end of the chorus. I could see you'd appreciate the lyrical content in how he warps the meaning of look by using it twice like that. Thanks!!!!!! Giving me all sorts of hope.
