I don't need all the other qualities of KDB, Ozil alone has the vision, footballing IQ and Passing technique that is at the highest level that football has ever seen across every single Era of the game, I don't need Ozil to score goals. His brilliant vision, footballing IQ and passing techniques make up for that.
just because u know doesn't mean u can stop it, just like ronaldo, ppl know ball will come to him but no one can stop him. n thats why kdb now is highest assist ratio in football history
De bruyne is pure assist machine man.. Where ever you want the ball to be placed he will be ready to serve it to you. Thats why de bruyne is a dream midfielder for a true goal scorers.
Both are perfect players and it is really hard to pick one. The difference is, to take my chances of KDB You need the pace and great ball control, but with Ozil, you just need to be somewhere in the box to find his pass, so that you can easily put the ball into the net.
No! I will differ from you. De Bruyne delivered passes with perfection and good timing, that's why it's easy for strikers to score. On the other hand, Ozil delivered absolutely geniuses passes, you even wondered how he's able to do that but sometimes too difficult even for strikers to score that's why you find most of his final passes are misplaced. So I will go with KDB.
@@ProfSeloTheGoldenDragon. Ozil was brilliant, he always did it, but problem is strikers weren't experienced enough with good passers. It's not like strikers are bad, it's just, they expect him to not be consistent.

@@alexmanai1953 I was thinking slightly özil but then I remembered some of his passes that no one can do like him so I gave it to him directly. De bruyne gives passes as it should be, shoots where it needed. He always does the right thing but he never tries magical realism. I mean if you are a defender against these two players; you know where kdb going to shoots or passes but you cant reach the ball because kdb gives the right monentum to the ball so even if you try you cant catch it. If you are against mesut you will never understand where the pass going. When you do understand it is already late. So close call but you can say slightly ozil too.
@@adelheidlekobane8046 You are right about vision. Also about pass accuracy you might say they are both same class. But I want to say KDB because he passes to the point with the exact power needed. But still with vision and technic that ozil had you can easly say ozil better passer overall.
Any top-level player can pull off one two cheeky passes, but to ping surgical passes across the pitch through a number of defenders with the perfect curve, acceleration while plotting your teammates run when in motion with that level of consistency. Guys I'm an Arsenal fun and an Ozil admirer but let the facts be. Nice compilation cheers
If we were honest with the technique of the pass, i would pick KDB by far. The weight of the ball is the key here, Ozil somehow blasts it but You've to appreciate De Bruyne's measurement of the pass. To understand my point, check on Sterling's misses. Most of those chances were a slightly overweighed sweet passes from Kdb. Assume CR7 was there. KDB would have had 2,000 career assist by now. But Credit to Ozil, he's just 2nd best, Ahead of Messi and behind KDB17
CR7 fan, why are you bringing Messi into this? I was a CR7 fan when he played under Mourinho at Real Madrid, and I am still his fan, but Messi is way ahead of him..However, no one does it better than CR7 when it comes to putting the ball in the back of the net…
The good thing with kdb is that he has his own style of playing ....he is never trying to be a regen of someone ....others will be like I want to play like ronaldinho
@@Sohil876 no way, ozil was consistent, accurate and more creative, but only problem is, he didn't have the teammates like kdb has after sanchez left arsenal.
In terms of passing, precision and deadly crosses i will choose de bruyne. But in terms of vison, game reading, composure, finesse touch on the ball I will go for ozil. Both are great. 😊😇
kdb is a beast, his technique is unreal - Ozil on the other hand is flawless, he can replicate Kdb's slowdown effect, his vision is insane, and his decision making for me is unreal considering he can find spaces during transition and also in low block stalemate
Both Ozil and KDB are students from the same class and school they have a common thing in their passes the Ozil is more comfortable in tight defences but I lack anything else to differentiate them in terms of their passing. I go for Ozil
Ozil is one of if not the greatest passer of all time, considering the team he is in (arsenal) still manage to get his assist and make it look easy. I think ozil is god given talent like messi where they don't have to try hard while debruyne is like Ronaldo it's hard work and man created skill. That's just my opinion
KDB passes is like you can think it but you can't reach it, while ozil pass was you can reach but you can't think it.... so both of them are a great player....
Ozil was a magician. Sadly, in years to come no one remember him how we will remember KDB, however personal opinion, Ozil was better, just was playing with very bad players in Arsenal.

KDB goes long range and predictable especially with his through balls ...Ozil is close quarter as he is classic number 10 who is very forward so his game is to be unpredictable, close quarter and finesse that's why his form declined after Wenger coz others didn't know how to make a team around a number 10 like Ozil those managers would've failed Zidane
Both are great passers, I am biased as an arsenal fan and a big fan of Ozil. However I always felt Ozils passes were almost always direct to foot like they are both great technicians but there was always something about how Ozils passes found his teammates foot.
KDB is serving those passes on a platter, long passes from deep and wings with curve on them, his teammates just need to tap in, it's like he's even determined which body part his they would need to use, leg or a head. Ozil's vision is great but his passes aren't for everyone, ball control would be key. If I've to select a midfielder between the two, KDB all the way
They are both passers that are out of this world. They both give accurate and precise passes in fact I cannot even rate one above the other in terms of how they give accurate passes, however, I have noticed a few differences between them. Ozil passes like the ball is air, seamlessly and effortlessly. While Kevin applies a bit more effort to the ball but is very precise and accurate.
both of them is magician! but KDB is a complete midfielder. he can dribble, he can pass, he can cross, he can shoot, he can score, he doesnt have weak foot even scored banger with left foot. his weighted pass technique is simply amazing. he is out of this world!
Comparing these two guy is like comparison Messi and Ronaldo. Both are great at their own, they have different special talent and skill. Both are Great!
It's not like that it's just they haven't watched him play and just debruyne begins to shine so the controversy starts we haven't heard the name before 2016
I started getting a headache seeing Arsenal attackers flop Ozil passes, huge teammates difference after seeing for half of the video Sterling and Aguero finish KDB's passes
Have you seen the amount of passes City players miss from KDB's passes? And not bad passes sir. No sir. Crazy good passes. It is criminal. He would have such a higher number of assists only if they would finish.

KDB- 156 goals + 216 assists (625 app.) ozil- 126 goals + 258 assists (728 app.) That means KDB has to produce 42 assists in 103 games to level it up (ozil is playing for Basakeshir FK now after Fenerbahce, but he is not getting anything , just got 9 goals and 3 assists in 3 years since leaving arsenal , so lets round up, that KDB needs 50 assists in 100 games ), and i guess that's an easy job for him to do . De Bruyne over Özil all day everyday & I’m a Real Madrid fan. Mesut always inconsistent & slow/lazy style with majority of his passes not necessarily benefits the team while Kevin plays from heaven is just an assist machine as he gives the smoothest final pass that cuts any defence line & puts his forwards 1 v 1 or even 2/3 v 1 in some situations also you can’t really tell if he’s right or a left footer as he dribbles passes players while shoots with both feet equally with more multiple versatility. It was always a dream to see KDB wears the famous white jersey at Madrid & unfortunately it’ll always stay a dream 🙏🙌

Kdb is in the paul scholes class brilliant passes always. Prime Ronaldo would score 100 goals with Kdb. But ozil plays like he has eyes at the back of his head “phenomenal”
Passing alone, it's difficult to separate them. That said, Ozil seemed to play with more flare/finesse and narrowly edged KDB in tight situations where he excelled at creating space & finding teammates with disguised passes using his superior vision. The downside to his game was being a liability off the ball & his poor stamina which is not an issue with KDB.. If there was any such thing as football Hall of fame, they'll both deserve a place IMO
Poor stamina? Do you not watch Man City games? KDB is usually the ball carrier during counters and is in charge of the pressing system.. if anything he works the hardest cause he has to support defensively and in attacking so he’s up the pitch a lot. The only person who usually does more running the KDB is Bernado…otherwise your stamina point is not true

You're mother and sister are also equal in greatness
Honestly, Ozil's passes are gentle , swift and precise
Kevin fast pass fit by a player who have 90 rate pace.
Meanwhile ozil can make giroud have 90 pace
Stop taking Lesley's line😏😏
The way kdb curve his passes is just insane
De bruyne always. Forget your nostalgia prime özil.
Well, kdb is good but absolutly not even close to the magic player that özil was.
I don't need all the other qualities of KDB, Ozil alone has the vision, footballing IQ and Passing technique that is at the highest level that football has ever seen across every single Era of the game, I don't need Ozil to score goals. His brilliant vision, footballing IQ and passing techniques make up for that.

@@clivemancity6499 that because they didn't have the quality.
Ozil is pure magic, De Bruyne is great too no doubt but I'd have Ozil if I had to choose between the two.
When De bruyne passes, you know most of the times who is the receiver.
But when Ozil passes, you almost never know who he is passing to.
just because u know doesn't mean u can stop it, just like ronaldo, ppl know ball will come to him but no one can stop him. n thats why kdb now is highest assist ratio in football history
And that's why most of his (Ozil's) final passes are misplaced.

Spot on.. Ozil's skill is just another level
It's not like strikers are bad, it's just, they expect him to not be consistent.
speed = slightly özil
technic = özil
pass accuracy = silghly de bruyne
pass power = sligtly de bruyne
shot power and accuracy= de bruyne
composure = özil
aggresion = de bruyne
strenght = de bruyne
De bruyne can solo might win the game but özil needs a great santrafor for his amazing passes. He is born for passing.
De Bruyne full package solid player. He does everthing at top level. Özil does some things on god mod which I am trying to say beyond top level but he is not whole package like De Bruyne.
Perfectly said, i might argue that kdb is very technic aswell
@@alexmanai1953 I was thinking slightly özil but then I remembered some of his passes that no one can do like him so I gave it to him directly. De bruyne gives passes as it should be, shoots where it needed. He always does the right thing but he never tries magical realism. I mean if you are a defender against these two players; you know where kdb going to shoots or passes but you cant reach the ball because kdb gives the right monentum to the ball so even if you try you cant catch it. If you are against mesut you will never understand where the pass going. When you do understand it is already late. So close call but you can say slightly ozil too.
Pass accuracy=KDB??😭😂😂
Forgot....
Vision=Ozil,by a country mile
@@adelheidlekobane8046 You are right about vision. Also about pass accuracy you might say they are both same class. But I want to say KDB because he passes to the point with the exact power needed. But still with vision and technic that ozil had you can easly say ozil better passer overall.
Speed KDB better
Ozil doesn't blast his passes, you're wrong on that, Daniel Ballard his former teammates at Arsenal even said that.
@@chikeagbo3531 Am just talking about CR7 as Ozil's teammate, not as you're asuming, we all know Messi is the King of the game, the Magic of century
@The Night thank you ozil,xavi and iniesta been doing those passes for years
nostalgia bias will make people think ozil is better. when kdb retires, they'll realize he's on the level of zidane, iniesta, etc
The good thing with kdb is that he has his own style of playing ....he is never trying to be a regen of someone ....others will be like I want to play like ronaldinho
KDB playstyle very similar to Michael Laudrup, if you never see him just search and watch Michael Laudrup, you will found their similarities.
Imagine Andrea Pirlo as an attacking 8, that's De Bruyne. Özil on the other hand, he's just that unique.
For me it's always going to be ozil ,the guy is just brilliant hands down

Ozil was making a play he was so special but KDB is kinda different player he is a specialist about long distance pass but ozil was the magician
In terms of passing, precision and deadly crosses i will choose de bruyne. But in terms of vison, game reading, composure, finesse touch on the ball I will go for ozil. Both are great. 😊😇
Men the streets wont forget mesut ozil..💥💯💯
kdb is a beast, his technique is unreal - Ozil on the other hand is flawless, he can replicate Kdb's slowdown effect, his vision is insane, and his decision making for me is unreal considering he can find spaces during transition and also in low block stalemate
For me when it comes to the art of passing I take ozil all day.
KDB passes is like you can think it but you can't reach it, while ozil pass was you can reach but you can't think it.... so both of them are a great player....

Prime Ozil my best playmaker and pass ever
Nisso tanto KDB E OZIL SÃO MT BONS
If it’s passing it’s KDB. The weight and technique he hits the ball with is just better. Overall KDB is just a better player
Both is best 😊.
But Kevin have something else 😮💨💥
It clearly shows you didn't watch ozil play. Ozil is better at all that. His problem was his workrate and attitude.
Ozil was magician , but KDB is ultimate midfielder , joy to watch
Comparing these two guy is like comparison Messi and Ronaldo. Both are great at their own, they have different special talent and skill. Both are Great!

Passing alone, it's difficult to separate them.
That said, Ozil seemed to play with more flare/finesse and narrowly edged KDB in tight situations where he excelled at creating space & finding teammates with disguised passes using his superior vision. Poor stamina? Do you not watch Man City games?
