OMG, I know Mama Hosana very well. She actually thought me how to cook edikankong 12 years ago in that same market, whenever I cook edikankong then as a single lady my budget is ALWAYS #500 and that includes meat oo. She will sell everything for me. Even till I left naija 9years ago my budget no increase. It's so good to see her again, she didn't age at all😂😂
Wow
Amazing
No be now o Nigeria rumble o
Pls remember her in kind if you can, naija is now not easy for most. God bless you
My son just caught a glimpse of your face and shouted Chef Teeeeeeeeee with excitement.... New bestie is saying hi. Thanks for giving us premium content always....❤️😘
Aww thank youuu
Chef T, well done. Peppersoup spice is not needed. The palm oil goes in much earlier while steaming the proteins, water leaves, periwinkles cos it's been cooked, then ugu leaves 🍃 cheers
The water leaf comes first like 2mins before the ugwu leaf, mama Hossana even said so in her explanation
You're right
Chef T oooo😅 is waterleaf first 😊
No water ....you said the water leaf releases water.
And it's waterleaf first.
That was so sweet of you Chef T, not only did you bless the woman financially, now people will look for her in Magodo market.
Thank you Mama Hozana for sharing your recipe.
Mama Hosanna, well done
Amazing, Mama Hozana well done 👍
Am shocked to hear that there's still #100 ugu...that's nice
This is a nice concept but I will advice u record them instead of writing it on ur fone , it will make it faster for u.

Mama Hossana well done
Mama Hosanna said "Add your waterleaf first" 😂
Water leaf before Ugu leaf 🍃
Well done Mama Hozana Amazing!!
Hi chef T
Nice, but, in case of next time, water leaf comes before the vegetable leaf!
And she said water leaf first too.
Looking forward to cooking sometime with you 🥳🤲
Chef it is waterless first, mama Amechi welcome.

🎉🎉🎉🎉Well done
Mama Amazing weldone
Mama hosanna well done 👏🏽👏🏽❤️
Well done ChefT. I noticed you don't use salt in all your recipes. Please can you do a video on how to cook without salt and it will still be tasty.
Also, I noticed you use Garlic alot in your recipes, please do a video on the right portion of garlic in cooking, because if I use too much garlic in my cooking, I don't always like the end taste.
Thank you for always sharing healthy recipes. I love your Channel ❤❤
WELL DONE MAMA HOZANA AND CHEF TTTT!!!!!
Mama amazing welldone
Thanks fantastic lady T, I just don't why I am a market addict since I was a kid, you are simply the best 🥳, certainly I will follow this series every week, it's only during this tinubu era that my market runs have drastically reduced
My campus days were the worst, you certainly think I was studying cateringhe days I spent in the market was more than the days I spent in the lecture rooms,Mama Hosanna, Nnem Nna WA Doo!
Chef T😍😍😍we want more of this series 😌
Add the palm oil and the boiled water to the meat at the same time so that the taste cooks out by the time you add the periwinkle.
Waterleaf goes in first for 3mins or less to allow it to release it's water. Add the ugwu in the last 30 seconds, mix and you're done.
Well done Mama Hosanna
Mama hosana well-done
Thank you Mama Hozana
Mama Hosanna well done ❤
Well done mama hozana❤❤❤❤
Mama Hosanna weldone 😊
Weldone chef T, honestly am sure you have put a big smile on that woman's face today coupled with the way the economy is frustrating itself.

Mama Hossana Weldon, but she said water leaf first, it looks good Sha.
This looks delicious 😋
😂😂😂 Mama Hosana laughed and said Awo nkara 😂😂😂
Mama Hosana weldone
But it is Water leaves first Before you add Ugu leaves
Newbie here!!! I am a food lover, so I enjoy your content...
Water leaves first before the ugwu leaves
I love this chess T
ChefT you put ugwu first then waterleaf last...is this your little 😊tweak to the soup
😂
WHEN COOKING EDIKAIKONG SOUP YOU PUT THE WATERLEAF FIRST BEFORE THE UGU LEAVES AND THE RED OIL SHOULD BE THE WATER IN THE SOUP BECAUSE THE WATER YOU ADDED IS TOO MUCH AND THE SOUP IS TOO WATERING
Ugu leaves comes last thats what Mama Hossana said oo ugu lomes last
Here for chef T from my favorite Doctor page Doctor Arowolo
You water leaves 1st and your ugu leaves then add your blender crayfish and palm oil last
Nice series, weldone chef T. But the #100 ugwu though, in my area ugwu is from #200 and it's not even this much sef
Mama Hossannah seem really likeable 😊😊😊
See my customer ooo...mama Hosana😂😂😂😂....it's long ooo....checking on her soon😍🤗🙌🙌🙌
WELDONE CHEF T MBOK IT'S WATERLEAF FIRST AND THE REAL EDIKAIKONG DOESNT NEED WATER .
I love you dress, super colorful.. ❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤
Mama Hosanna welcome
Well done chef!
What you prepared is something else not edikang ikong.
Chef T its waterleaf first , ugu last😅
Mama hosanna is very beautiful ❤️
Chef T. iyaff change her name from Mama Hozana to Mama Amazing o.
Mama Hozana, weldone ma
It’s been edited 🤣
❤❤❤❤❤❤
No water leaf first before ugu, let it’s water come out and adjust the taste, then finally ugu.
Chef T … it’s time you start scooping down for me 😩😩
Water leaf comes first, ugu is the last take note
First to comment! ❤
The best way to cook is to wash your vegetables before cutting how did you do yours.
I don't even like the idea of cutting vegetables in the market before washing them at home
Mama Hosanna Amazing well done 👏 🥰
Pepper soup spice in ekikangikong? Never heard of it. And that's my 'town food'😅 .
But will try it, just using one bunch each of the leaves and see how it tastes.
Innovation!
Chef T mama Hosanna forgot to mention dryfish and kpomo, and water leaves comes first before Ugwu so that the ugwu will taste really fresh so it is not to be cooked for long. Enjoy your meal.
Chet T you didn't use Mama Hossana's recipe o!
She said water leaves first na before Ugwu leaves. That the water should steam for 3secs before adding Ugwu
@@ukamakaazodeyou didn’t hear her she said ugwu first water last
