for anyone wondering what is *dulce de leche* basically is condensed milk. you can do this dulce de leche at home. Buy a can of condensed milk, put it close on a pan with enough water to cover it complete and cooked for like 1hour or around an hour. Take it off the heat until cool down, (some people says if u open the can while is hot it can explode) open the can and taaa daaa there you have dulce de leche or manjar as is known in Chile. Thats all if you cant find it in your place.
