Hi you mentioned that there's a need for both parents, if married, have to issue consent even if estranged... Does this mean both parents sign or issue the SPA?
Does the parent need to issue an affidavit of support and bank statement?.or can the relative bringing the minors abroad provide the Affidavit of Support?

Tanong lang po , kung yung mother ng minor ay Kasal sa unang asawa , then yung anak kailangan ng DSWD TRAVEL CLEARANCE para makapag travel internationally, at yung mother ay merong pangalawang asawa Pero di sila Kasal. Since not married po sila ng pangalawa nyang asawa Isa ang Cenomar sa requirements for DSWD kaso sa Cenomar ng mother kasi kasal po sya sa unang asawa. Yung anak na kukuha ng DSWD TC ay sa pangalawang asawa ng mother na di sila kasal. Paano po yun? Kailangan kasi kumuha ang anak ng DSWD travel clearance. She will traveling kasama ang di nya relatives. Kaya kailangan nya ng DSWD TRAVEL CLEARANCE

Hi! Special power of attorney ba ibig mong sabihin sa SPA? Walang nirequire and hinanap samin. Yung affidavit lang talaga. Best na itanong mo sa DSWD ito kasi iba iba ng cases eh. DSWD mismo sa Manila kami pumunta, yung malapit sa San Sebastian Church.
Nagpakita pa ba kayo ng certificate of employment?
Hello po mam.. ask ko lng po kung pwede ako magprocess ng dswd clearance ng pinsan q kahit nd po aq magiging ksama nya out of the country papunta sa parents nya bale cousin lng po nmn ung sasabayan ng bata..hope po mapansin nyo q
Hi, di ako sure about this. Pwede siguro tumulong ka magcompile ng documents pero baka need ng presence and cooperation din nung taong magiging kasama ng bata paalis. Please just call dswd to clarify.

Hello po, yung parents po nung minor are abroad. I was asked to accompany him sa pag aasikaso ng renewal ng passport, pero need ko pa daw ng travel clearance bago ma-process yun. Kaso yung requirements po sa travel clearance is need po ng ticket, wala pa po kami nun kasi wala pa nga pong passport. Inaaccept po kaya ng dswd?

A minor travelling with only one parent whether biological or adoptive requires the accompanying parent to secure the appropriate parental consent to be executed by the other spouse.

Hi! As far as I remember, we did not book. Nagwalk in lang kami. Basta make sure that all your documents are complete and allot a full day kasi medyo matagal yung processing.

Mostly hahanapin sayo ay documents proving na allowed sumama yung bata sayo even without the parents.

Yes kami guardian lang kami and kami yung naglakad. Basta lahat ng necessary documents dala niyo.

Nabasa ko sa website na if legitimate minor, kahit mom/dad lang kasama exempted sa clearance. If illegitimate minor, pag mom lang yung kasama ang exempted sa clearance.
