Oh snap I was hoping Jeff gotcha ! Lol. Gary is the master of gold. Thanks again Gary for the treasure box 📦. I’m out on hydro pit today watching your video waiting for everyone to show up. Have great day golden two toes master 🇺🇸👍⚒🍀😀
Thank you again Gary. As always, every tutorial you come up with to teach us small-time Prospectors is extremely meaningful and informative. You are the best teacher on the Tube. Bryan in Arizona.
Just gonna say...HELL YEAH MAN ! 👍 48, just started when winter started. All decked out here in Nw Oregon and anywhere there's known gold is pepperd with Claims even in Clackamas County. 🤫 Eagle Creek area. ALL POSTED ON RIVER SIDE OF ANY ACCESS ROADS. Anyways, you find yourself becoming an outlaw prospector, parking roadside near closed parks and campgrounds (close to) way down stream. I learned QUICK digging under banks (just a lil, nothing the water wouldn't eventually do itself) and BOOM. Started getting lucky. I have three spots scattered from the Mollala to Salmon creek and in between and have poked/prodded 5.5 grams myself by going atleast twice a week where there's no snow since November since I got laid off. (still just a hobby) They say there's no gold in the Nw part of Oregon?? I say, there's not any KNOWN spots that are profitable for BIG mining. Its here. Grounds mostly saturated for 9 months out of the year. I bet its just not profitable, that we know. Ground has changed ALOT in 200 years. Oh yeah, silver is here too. Found a small 7.5 gram nugget 4 days ago.
Excellent. Now I just need: _How to Find Gold in an Overworked Area Where There Never Was Much Gold to Begin With_ and _How to Find Gold Where There Ain't None_ :-)
It looking more and more like a Spring of moving boulders to get anything. Very informative to show two different approaches with both getting results. ⛏💰
Nothing like knowing you gotta be at work Monday morning, and seeing you put a new video up, makes the day better lol you guys are a great team! I have found gold with my sdc in some of the craziest thin cracks you couldn’t even slide a sheet of paper in.Good luck out there.
I wish you mailed store merchandise to Canada. I'd like to buy some from you to pay you back for all the smiles you have brought me over the years. Stay safe.
Great tutorial on how gold travels and where to choose to search. Nice way to end the video with some fun pic if the shinny. Wow 2.4 grams for an overworked spot is amazing! Thanks for sharing. ⚒
Another great video you two Nothing wrong with two good bits of Gold Jeff . I think that we all know golds not magnetic but Gary might be the exception. He's a living walking Gold Magnet Cheers Bruce
Awe, I see Jeff got himself a nice new bump, and he brought his "walken bar" with him. That works good for walken down to the river, and walken some them big travels out of the way and out of the hole.👍👍 Two Thumbs up on that one...
Awe that predictive text thing got me again... I meant to say "gamp" another sling word for umbrella... And that walken bar for walken big gravels out the hole and out the way. He's got you to keep the bears happy. Im betten ole Jeff can't find as much gold as you do, but I thinking can out run you pretty good... Best advice, make Jeff carry out your gold for you, slow him down a bit and you might have a chance. You guys have fun out there and keep maken vid's of all the fun, and I'll keep watchen...
Awesome finds. I'll be in Amador prospecting all of June. Heading for the feather River and yuba in July. Thank you for sharing your experience. Daniel.
Gary could probably package up a gold-scratchin'-based fitness video, sell it to tubby city-slicker yuppies who are looking for a more _authentic_ program: _Wiry and Mobile into Your 70s - by Bustin' Arse up and Down Boulders & Scratchin' Out Crevices_ ... by Gary Honan. :-)
That was great Gary! My kid and I went to that spot too this summer. (Mostly because I can be pretty sure he won’t float away. We found some specs, nothing of size, so it’s really cool to see you do that. And I’m glad Jeff’s work paid off for him!
Always look forward to TwoToes videos. Gary you better look closer to your rear view mirror because I can see Jeff getting closer and closer to catching you. Nice little take by both of you especially considering a heavily worked area 👍
Come on Jeff! If your going to get fewer pieces than Gary, they'll need to be big enough to outweigh his finds! Lol good job finding what you did find guys! Joe gold
Looked like a win, win, day to me Gary... I hope to be able to get out with you guys more than once the next time I am back to the Motherlode... Happy Prospecting and Heavy Pans my friend!
Man I don’t what I’m doing but I’ve been working the shit outta of that area for the last month and my daily totals are never even half as much i run buckets crevice and metal detector on a good day I might get a gram nice gold. maybe one day I can go out with you guys ??? 👍👍
@@TwoToes there's a hanging flume in western Colorado near uravan, and is amazing hanging on the side of a cliff. Google it, it's cool history all in the name of collecting gold!
Hey 2 toes... your my idol... another gold prospector said if your a good trout fisherman in rivers... you will be good at finding gold... would you agree with this concept? Been working hard but haven't come up with much luck can you recommend and area to prospect and scout have a 3 day weekend coming up would like to do some panning with some success any help would be Appreciated
Lol I must have found a good area. I can pick pieces as big as the first piece found in the video just laying on top of the location I’m in. Found bigger pieces with depth to them just on top. Scouting out currently. It’s so close to recreational area it’s weird that it’s so rich.
Got to say Gary it’s addictive watching your channel.

do you think some of those nails are from people building sleuce boxes or wooden water channels?
They ran flumes everywhere, getting water to the working were one of the big issues in the 1800's.
