These foods are so different. At one point, i could not tell what they were doing. When they showed those huge nuclear reactor. vessel like vats, i could nit tell whether they were keeping the broth, or saving the cooked meat bones. all around though, there was a lot of handling and cutting the meat, bagging and un bagging, much to my surprise.
