Joe, thanks for stopping by. Yeah, it's been a while since I posted a video. As I mentioned in one of your Christmas videos, we took 2020 off from decorating considering Covid and my rotator cuff surgery, which I am still recovering from. Hopefully we will decorate for Halloween this year and I will put together another video.

Yay, awesome as always!!! I was waiting for a Christmas or Halloween tour for 2020 but nothing : ( but I'll take the Easter / St Patrick's Tour!!! Love it!! So much work but you and your wife do an amazing job and thank you so much for sharing it with us!!!
Brenda, thanks for stopping by and your kind comments. 2020 was to be our Halloween year, but with COVID and the fact that we could not have our usual parties and people over, we decided to take the year off from decorating. We intend to decorate for Halloween this year.
@@Ho-Ho-Boo I totally can understand that and I'm sure it was nice to take a year off or you both went crazy not knowing what to do with all of your free time, lol. Tfs. I’ve been waiting for ur house tours. I don’t care what holiday it is. I just know I’m going to be inspired. I like that you use Christmas trees for Easter. They provide a place to display any kind and color of ornaments. I went n bought tons of bubble lights from hobby lobby during Christmas. I want to use them all year round. I was happy to see them in ur tour. Thank u so much for taking the time to post in u tube. 🌸🐣. ( I can’t wait for ur Halloween tour)
Thanks for watching and your nice comment. Interestingly, most of the trees were made specifically for Easter. The bubble lights are a one-of-a-kind set made by a friend who makes the old-style c-6 size bubble lights. I asked him to make me a set just using Spring/Easter colors, which is why there are no traditional reds or dark greens in the set.
Ok Dave had to check on you folks.....animae is cool. I have never seen these blow mold figures !!! Too good 👍😎 never see enough bubble lights ....I'm sure your weather is straightening out....I used to just dream about Colorado....seems expensive now !!! 📷🎬

My mother started our youngest daughter on snow babies she now has quite a few over 17 yrs of collecting ...yours are Amazing thx 🌷🌷🌷😎 for the beautiful !
Yeah, housing prices have gone crazy here. Houses generally sell in a day or two with aggressive bidding over the listing price. The bubble light set was specially made for me by a friend -- the set features mainly pastel-type colors. My wife has been the snow babies collector over the years. I am so-so on them, although they have grown on me over the years. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video.
Wow! Do you change the decor for every season?
Ed, no, we alternate years between Christmas and Halloween. We only decorate for Easter in the year following a Halloween year (the reason for this is when we do Christmas we cannot get it down in time to do Easter.) Outside of that, it looks like a regular house! Thanks for watching and commenting.

Have you bought any new pieces for any of your decor themes recently?
Sophie, we have not purchased much at all for several reasons. We have hit a tipping point with our collection. Just don't have room to store more of it. Also, the time commitment of putting it up and taking it down is tremendous -- the last thing we need is more. Personally, I am happy with my vintage lighting and ornament collection. There is very little I want or am looking for. Finally, over the past several years, I have returned back to comic book collecting which I kind of abandoned about 20 years ago when I started collecting Christmas and Halloween. So, other than a special thing that we run across, I don't see our collection expanding. In fact, I think we need to start culling the collection.
